The sphere within - Neville Goddard lecture - 1969
"Everything is housed in you, because Jesus is buried there, and it is from there that he will rise. You might think Paul was speaking of one external to himself, when he said: “I have heard of your faith in Christ Jesus,” but Paul was not. The preposition “in” designates Christ as the sphere within which faith lives, rather than an object of faith. So, if everything is within you, you may question why you are in this world of sadness, death, and sorrow; but I will tell you: you are here for a purpose.
In this world a king can bestow a high honor to anyone, but he cannot fit that one for the high office. Now, God not only bestows his honor, but he prepares the individual to receive it. You are here because you are being prepared. We are all part of the corporate destiny of a fabulous play, whose outcome is an entirely different world. In fact, this high honor cannot be conceived of until experienced."
Jesus is buried there, as in the capacity for that to be realised exists within you. He said that the word IN means that Christ lives within a sphere inside of you. That is correct, is we take the idea of a sphere as a level of proportionality of the components, or simply even as a capacity to be unfolded through purifying transformation. He says we are here to be prepared, but prepared for what? To receive the promise of the play he is basically saying, as in the realisation of the capacity that was built into us that we would naturally eventually unfold fully. When we stop looking at this as some magical idea and actually study the mechanics of this yourself you'll see that. Any time you go to the NG subreddit for example you'll get lot with all this mind magic mentalism trash about state shopping. It's all nonsense and none of them are alchemically inclined. ZERO. That's why this whole community is filled with such ignorance everywhere. I am here to correct that it seems.
"When you have been prepared, you will be automatically drawn like a magnet into that sphere where your faith lives. Then all that is now contained within you will awaken; and the highest honor will be yours, with the revelation that God gave himself to you, as you. I tell you now: God became as you are, with all of your weaknesses and limitations; and God is going through the horrors of this world with you until you are prepared to receive the high honor, as the story of Jesus Christ (which has already been sown within you) erupts like a garden already planted, and you discover you are God.
Everyone will enter this sphere and know this revelation, but we all have different parts to play in that body. The part you will play has already been written and you were chosen to play it before that the world was. That part to which you have been cast must be prepared to receive your eternal form."
Wow that's interesting. He says we are automatically drawn into the sphere like a magnet when we are prepared, meaning our components are refined through the experiences natural striving leads us through. All that is contained within you will awaken. It's there, that's the seed, and it unfolds and transforms. That's alchemy, the embryonic capacity that the alchemist talks about. Whoa NG in this sense has said we have pre-determined parts to play to unfold this in that other paragraph. The wish comes through as how we play that out. Fulfilling that nourishes us and we attain higher order states because to attain that means we had to let go of not self to get there, to become the supply. He says that the part we are already cast to play is prepared, and I'm assuming he means this under the context of iterations of the higher genius, or what most would think of as past lives, though not from a personal soul but an "oversoul" which has many different human iterations just like you that are each individuated but different, though each contains the lessons learned from the one before which determines who you're born into the world as and the challenges you require to face. That's all God who decides that. He says that the role we're cast into is prepared before birth for his purposes so that what's capacitive within you can unfold. That capacity is always the promise.
"Some schools of thought will tell you that you were born blind because of karma; but I say to you: you were born blind, deaf, limited, weak, or poor . . not because your parents sinned, or you sinned, but that the works of God may be made manifest. You cast yourself into the role you are now playing in order to prepare yourself to receive the high honor in the eternal body of the human imagination, which is God himself."
I've not heard NG say this. I've head him say before that his explanation about birth conditions being bad are because "God suffers" which is a cop out excuse to avoid the mechanical facts. He here says it to be correct, which is basically what I just said. It's because of the works of God. You play the role that's necessary to attain the completion of the components and that's dynamically adjusted each cycle as different birth conditions to work with the new experience attained for further refinement.
"Man has been trained to believe in Jesus Christ as an external being, an object of his faith; but Jesus Christ is not the object of faith, but the sphere within which faith lives! One day in 1959, having been prepared because of the parts I have played throughout my long journey, I was magnetically drawn into that sphere. Then that which was already planted within me, erupted, and the drama of Jesus Christ unfolded, casting me in the central role as the being who gave himself for me.
He had to prepare himself . . as the being you call Neville . . by suffering with me until the work he set out to do in me was finished. Then the honor was conferred, at which time everything said of Jesus Christ unfolded itself within me."
Christ is the sphere in which faith lives. Interesting way of putting it. Christ exists in a sphere that faith exists with too. Trust. Truth. I believe that's what he's referring to. The connection to faith and truth to the unfolding of the capacity of Christ. Then he says that he's been prepared over his journey because of all the parts he played, or the natural strivings that he followed and accepted. He says the sphere was already planted within him. This word planted gives us a clue into this seeds idea, because he's referred to seeds before to relate to embryonic capacity that's already within you. That seed, that sphere, that capacity, was realised, because he played his parts that were necessary. How much more clear does it get than that? Here you've got everybody in LOA running around like insane people saying to live as delusional and that there's infinite realities and infinite this and that that you can be anyone and have anything when NG right here is saying he had an already determined set of experiences that he played out which was necessary to realise Christ in that sphere which was already planted. You see. The desires we have are our necessary truth to accept to unfold our capacity. That other part says it clearly. Christ was prepared within already as the individuated form he called himself as NG, and he had to be there within NG as a capacity going along for the purification ride until what was there had completed meaning the components and necessary experiences were attained so that those components could be integrated which opened up the capacity of Christ. This right here confirms my point about natural striving.
"I know this is true of every child born of woman; but it is difficult to convince those who do not wish to stand upon their own feet. Perhaps they cannot at the moment. They still may have to go through the mill by suffering, while the one who bestows the honor upon them suffers with them. The king of this world does not suffer with those to whom he bestows honor; but God, in bestowing the honor, requires you to receive it in order to execute your part in the corporate body of God."
He's saying that people are going to need to stay in the realm of suffering before realising it. The mill of suffering. He says that we must receive our role, AKA the theme of suggestion he mentioned, within the body of God or the cosmology of reality.
"The part you are now playing is played for a purpose. If your child is mentally deficient, don’t think you are its cause, for you are not. You did nothing wrong. Your child is being prepared to receive this great honor. This is simply a part he must play; and when every part has been played, he will be as perfect as his heavenly Father is perfect. Then the honor which was originally bestowed upon him erupts, and he discovers he is God himself . . for in the end there is nothing but God."
Here he says that we are playing for a purpose, meaning it's pre-determined. He says that the one who is born to play the role of the deficient is playing that part to realise those themes of struggle and go through them. That's the magic.
"When Blake made that statement, he was called mad; but I tell you there are states in which the visionary is considered mad for experiencing that which others have not. I have experienced that which you have not, yet I know you will. What part you will play in the body of God, I do not know; I only know that the part was created before that the world was, and it is perfect."
He's saying that our birth conditions are pre-determined by God for a function. Boom. Nail in the coffin to the mind magic model, at least in a vacuum.
"Now, in the Book of Joshua we are told that the land given to Israel was distributed by lot. This does not mean a piece of land, but the part you were allotted. The twelve tribes of Israel were cast into the lots. In the story we discover that Caleb was given a portion of the tribe of Judah, the same Judah as is mentioned in the genealogy of Jesus as the one through whom the drama unfolds. The word “Caleb” is defined as “a dog,” but its spiritual definition is “a homosexual.” Now we see that Caleb . . the fourth son of Jacob . . is a part of the eternal play of God. This we are told in the 15th chapter, the 13th verse of the Book of Joshua, as God justifies everything he has made."
He says that the land given to us is the parts we were given to play by God. Interestingly enough here NG goes as far as to say that being gay is a necessary part of your experience. The alchemist has said that the advanced gazing touches on clearing traumas that are stuck on the deepest levels which we don't consciously have access to. Makes you wonder. I still don't think it means to literally be born as gay, but that there's an arrangement of principles that lead to this orientation being played out as an affinity. The alchemist says that it's all in the principles and their arrangements which determines someone's orientation, and in todays world it would make you wonder then why there's so many rainbow types coming out all of a sudden. I really doubt that God would play the part of the rainbow for purposes necessary, though I can't be sure, but we know that Jewish influence is mostly where funding for this culture comes from. No surprises. I could see that these influences exist and continue to propagate without being burned out for a purpose of God, which is why they continue to stick around. They're both enabling their polarity to exist, for a function that we don't have to know or care about.
"I also know that anyone or anything that loves is eternal, because love is God and God . . who is eternal and infinite . . made everything because he loved it; therefore it too is eternal. This world is too poor to produce one seed, so we enter it like a garden already planted and sown. We bring everything that we have or ever will have with us. The part of the mathematician is there for you to play, even though you may not be cast in that role at the present time. The part of the mystic is there for you also. You may condemn a part, but it is within you. It may lie dormant because you are cut out for another part; but you will play your allotted part perfectly, and in the end become one with the one corporate body of the Risen Lord."
He then once again confirms it's all already done because it's within you. We enter the world with the garden already planted he says, meaning our birth conditions are pre-determined. This is stuff nobody else talks about. I've never seen this before. He says that we bring everything that we have or ever have with us, under the context of personal individuation or what? I read that as the part of the states you've already existed in and have attained experience from on the higher genius level, which the alchemist talks about. He then says that the mystic will be a part everybody will play eventually. The alchemist says that it's not even about experience per say but ripening through gradual realisation of the more subtle level which is naturally unfolding over time. He also says that we may condemn parts but they're within us, though only in capacity and principle composition, not actualised reality. This I guess is how we should view things correctly so that we may not judge evil for being evil for evil exists for its function too, out of its own ignorance it attains understanding over time.
"Tonight you may be playing a small part; but let me assure you, you are in the part you play because Jesus is in you. He is your breath of life, your awareness of being. An idiot may not know where he is, what he is, or who he is; but he is aware because Jesus Christ is in him."
He says that our awareness is Christ.
"Now, in the 11th chapter of the Book of Revelation, John speaks of the Lord and his Christ. The word “Christ” means “the anointed,” who is David (as told us in the Book of Samuel and the 89th Psalm). David, called the firstborn from the dead, is anointed with the holy oil. That David is he who appears as a result of your being prepared to receive the highest honor . . which is God himself. Man made Saul their king; but God rejected Saul and made David higher than the kings of the earth, proclaiming he was his son."
Here he says that Christ means an anointed one, and he also then says that the anointed one is David who is the firstborn from the dead. This must be the lesser conjugation, because the dead becomes immortal, or anointed, able to see. This is once again another reason I say that NG didn't reach the peak or have the complete understanding of alchemical transformation of scripture because of how he explained the nature of these so called eruptions. David is who's being prepared.
"When I was about four years old one gentleman known as the prophet Gordon told my two eldest brothers that one would become a successful businessman and the other a doctor, which they did. Then he added: “Don’t touch the fourth one, for he belongs to God. He has come to fulfill God’s word,” and that is what I have done. Then, when I was about nine, a lady said she saw my destiny in a vision.
Everyone has a pattern to fulfill. You may not know what your pattern will be, and that is right; for if you knew what you were destined to do, at a certain point in time you might hesitate to follow that path; so it is hidden from you that you may be conditioned to receive the high honor, which is God himself."
NG once again preaching pre-determined paths. Everybody has a pattern to unfold. Yeah exactly right.
"When I returned from the vision of being incorporated into the body of love, if the worldly wise men had forced me . . like they did Galileo . . I, too, would deny it, yet knowing I am right and they are stupid. Today we know that the earth goes around the sun, but when Galileo lived the pope and cardinals compelled him to confess publicly that he was wrong and they were right. Now we know they were wrong and he was right; but they still go blindly on making others confess concerning their wisdom; and they haven’t any, for they are men without vision, as they haven’t experienced the word of God."
Men without vision. Men without the subtle senses working. What a surprise. That's what initiation is about. or at least part of it.
"In our land, I recall hearing an interview with a man who had just been appointed an ambassador. When asked about the place where he was going, he admitted he didn’t even know where it was on the map, or anything about the government there. He received the appointment because of his generous contributions to the presidential campaign, not because of his fitness for the position. But before God gives you the honor, he qualifies you to receive it by putting you through the paces."
Uhhh boom? He puts you through the paces before you're qualified to receive it. Natural striving anyone? Sounds just like what I've been saying doesn't it. Before God gives you the complete honour or integration you'll be put through the tests of faith, AKA tests or trust in natural striving and inner truth on that intuitive sense level. I've been right the whole time and that in itself was an act of faith to stand against the entire LOA community without anything to support my position other than the dots I'd have connected.
"In the first chapter of the Book of Colossians, we read: “The Father has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in light.” The phrase “to share in” literally means, “for the part.” Here we see that the part has already been prepared, and now we must be qualified for the part each one of us will play in our inheritance.
The words “to share in,” causes one to think in terms of material goods; but if you actually share in God’s inheritance, you share in the part of being God, for he is your inheritance, and God is all. You can recreate anything, when you know you are the creative power and the creative wisdom of God. That is the gift God is preparing us all to receive!"
Right there. If you're qualified for a part then that would obviously come through you, naturally, including all the challenges that go with it. All these fools who say they can just magically bypass struggle are totally missing the point. This is not a subjective factor but an objective factor built into us all because that's how alchemy works.
"I can’t tell you how altogether glorious you really are. If you would dwell upon this thought alone, you would stop feeling inferior in any way. No matter where you were born or what you are doing today, if you will walk aware that God selected you for an eternal part in the new body he is building out of living stones, you will never feel small again. Dwell upon that wonderful hope.
Know that God is preparing you for the part you will play in his living body, and that he will not stop no matter what you may go through. If you know this you will say with Paul: “I do not consider the sufferings of this present time worthy to be compared to the glory that is to be revealed in me, for that glory is God himself.”
If suffering be your lot, then suffer knowing the glory that is to be yours when the fires of experience are over. You may not suffer physically, but to lose a loved one is a suffering that can eat your heart out; but that suffering is preparing you to receive the glory that God has predetermined for you."
Right there, again. Building the body out of living stones. That he will not stop not matter what you may go through, as he comes THROUGH you. He literally admits to suffering being a part of the process right here and points to what Paul says. He's saying that if you're born to suffer then suffering is your function, because outside of those fires you will attain the glory of that transformation. It can be a range of different forms of suffering, from top to bottom, no matter what. I went through immense suffering, but I look at it was necessary as I've said many many times.
"Tonight my message may not seem to be practical, but may I tell you it is the most practical talk I can give. I could tell you how to go about getting a better job, more money, larger houses, and better cars; but do you know: that which is most profoundly spiritual is, in truth, most directly practical; for while your mind is removed from your desires of this world by dwelling on something far greater, things are moving within you."
Dwelling on something greater. I mean I'm experiencing more and more of these openings of the subtle senses, and I can't determine when it will happen but it will happen.
"Then, one day, you will give your entire heart to a far more noble state, and you will be drawn into the sphere where scripture unfolds from within. It comes so suddenly, as you are not aware that you have moved into that sphere where the eruption takes place. It takes time to prepare you for that sphere, but when you are there you know nothing but the power of God. You feel him as an unearthly wind. You hear him in its unearthly sound as scripture erupts and you experience everything . . from your birth from above, to the descent of the dove."
Moved into the sphere. The way he describes that is unlike anything else I've heard really. You feel the wind and this loud noise. That's a sign that power is moving through you. The quickening as the alchemist calls it which gazing can trigger too, because it works with the mechanism we've discussed.
"I promise you, if this experience is not yours in the not distant future, you will know it in the state the world calls the grave, for there is no death. You were created by the living God, and because you have loved . . even if only for a fleeting moment . . you are an eternal being, for God is love.
You will be restored to life in a world just like this one, to go through the paces. Then, one day, you will remember having heard a madman tell you of a sphere into which you would be drawn. You will move into that sphere, and scripture will erupt within you. Then you will know that no one in the new generation differs from those in the old, but that all ages are equal. Today we haven’t turned out any Shakespeares, Raphaels, Beethovens or Bachs; but many books are written, canvases are filled, and songs are sung on the guitars and the banjos. So you see . . all ages are equal and not one age differs from the other."
Here's the so called promise, which I is simply an ever unfolding process of transformation that's necessary before you experience conjugation. What he doesn't seem to understand is that it's not NG who wakes up in another world restored to life but another individuated being. When you die and you've not done the work then you're done. That's it. You didn't complete the work and basically your purpose was used then for another form that will come later to pick up that work where you left off and unfold the pattern further under a new individuated form which you who previously died will never get to experience. David will still contain you there but you as you are will not. I still don't get what this moving into the sphere is, but I am sure I will figure it out.
"You brought all that you have (and can have) with you when you entered this world. You came in just like a garden already planted and sown, for the world in which we live is too poor to produce one seed, because your reality is Jesus, who is your own wonderful human imagination. His body contains everything in eternity, while this world only objectifies what is within your human imagination."
The garden already planted and sown, that your part is played for a purpose. He even said that no matter what you do or don't consciously and deliberately manifest in this world to pad the suffering you'll still be basically forced along the path to attain necessary experience. Arguably the one who accepts suffering is the one who makes more progress, not needless suffering but suffering that's part of the process of refinement. He said this is the most practical understanding, interestingly enough and basically said that he could tell us how to manifest wealth and all this stuff but that won't take away from the real unfolding that's necessary. Manifesting things in the world has nothing to do with the real work, and so people will judge you based on what material output you've attained and miss the invisible attainment of purified substances and forms they do not understand. This is the true nature of the work that I have come to fully understand on every level now, or at least every level that I've been made aware of.
Conception - Neville Goddard lecture - 1968
"Tonight’s subject is on conception, both on this level and the highest level. The Bible is vision from beginning to end. Words such as Jesus, Moses, Abraham, and Isaac are used, but their stories are visions. Jesus is the fulfillment of scripture, so when I speak of Jesus, I am speaking of you raised to the level where you can make the same bold statement. Jesus’ declaration that he was the fulfillment of scripture required a spiritual maturity of which most who heard his claim were not capable of understanding, but the purpose of life is to fulfill scripture.
Tonight I will speak of conception which leads to scripture’s fulfillment, as well as the shadow it casts in this world, for the same technique can be used to realize your objectives here.
There is only one Spirit. The Spirit of Man and the Spirit of God are the same. God’s first great conception is recorded in the Old Testament as a foreshadowing of the event described in the first chapter of the Book of Luke, which tells the story of an angel of the Lord who speaks to Mary, saying: “Fear not, for you have found favor with God. You will conceive and bear a son and call his name Jesus.” Wondering how this could be, since she had no husband, the angel explains the theory of supernatural conception, saying: “The Holy Spirit will come upon you and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born of you will be called holy, the Son of God.” Now, the phrase, “come upon” and the word “overshadow” are the same by definition, and mean “superimposition; to be superimposed upon leaving your imprint, your seal.”"
The OT prophesy mirrors the NT as we've established in the seedline doctrine exploration. It is a sort of superimposition because the components overlap and that overlap generate a new substance through their circulation. This is what happens in lab alchemy too.
"n the 33rd chapter of the Book of Exodus, the Lord speaks to Moses, saying: “I will put you in a cleft of the rock and cover you with my hand, and when I have passed by I will remove my hand and you will see my back. You cannot see my glory, but you will see my back.” This is the identical story of the angel and Mary. “I will put you in a cleft of the rock.” In Hebrew the word “cleft” means “to bore; to penetrate; to pierce a quarry.” And the phrase “I will cover you with my hands” means “copulation.” Here is the creative act stated in the New Testament as: “The power of the Most High will overshadow you” for this act is “superimposition of oneself upon a being.”
To illustrate my point let me share an experience of a friend who is here tonight. On the 5th day of March, just a few days ago, she said: “I found myself awake within a dream, sitting on a slab in a huge room, sterile and brilliantly lit. I knew it was a morgue, for I could see many girls to my right, each lying on a slab, appearing to be dead. A door opened and you, Neville, dressed as a physician and your nurse, a lady with very black hair, entered. As our eyes met I knew that you had had union with everyone there, even though they appeared to be dead, and I also knew that I was next. Then a vivacious young girl entered the room and placed herself on a slab next to mine. Questioning her as to the whereabouts of your wife, I was told that she was sleeping in the next room. Upon hearing this, the nurse smiled and I recognized her as your wife, but wearing a wig. Embarrassed because of the knowledge of what was about to take place, I turned to the girl, who said: ‘If you don’t want him, I’ll take him,’ and with that the embarrassment turned to anger, and I said: ‘Oh no! It is my turn.’ Then union took place and I said to myself: ‘He is like a stallion. How does he do it?’ and the vision came to its end.”
This vision has tremendous meaning, for God speaks to man in dream and reveals himself in vision. This was vision, for she was awake in the dream."
This sounds like more of the same format of visions. Overlapping components.
"It is difficult for man to understand that God’s creative power is personalized; that anyone raised from the dead and incorporated into the body of love is Jesus Christ, creating! In her vision everyone appeared to be dead, yet union had been consummated. All things are possible to God! By burying his creative power in them, he turns death into sleep and sleep into wakefulness and wakefulness into resurrection.
Now, those who slept on the marble slabs were as Moses on the rock. The world “cleft” used in this statement means “to bore; to pierce; to penetrate a quarry.” God sends his creative power into this world of death to penetrate the dead. They will conceive and bear his child and call him Jesus. The words Jesus, Joshua, Jehovah all have the same root, which means “salvation.” And if the child to be born of you will be called holy, the Son of God, then God must have fathered him. He cannot be the Son of God were he not fathered by God. People think that Man is not God, but I tell you that Man is all Imagination and Imagination is God. And when your Imagination is raised from this world in which it is buried, your creative power is used to impregnate the dead and bring them out as God."
The experience brings life because the experience itself is the circulation of the components which overlap and form higher order substances just through that interaction, provided the experience is correct that is.
"It seems insane on a certain level, but I am telling you what I know from experience, and just as God impregnates the dead on a higher level, you can impregnate a dead state on this level. Think of a state and you are its spectator. And the state will remain dead relative to you until you penetrate it, until you approach it on your fiery chariot of imaginative power. An egg, whether it be human or that of a chicken, is dead and will remain so forever until the sperm penetrates it. The sperm must penetrate and occupy the egg in order to fertilize it, and then in its own given time the shell is broken and out comes that which was the sperm that penetrated it."
Here he's placing the manifesting ability under the idea of actual reproduction in principle.
"A state is penetrated through the act of assumption. Assuming you are now in the state you want to externalize, you think from it and no longer of it. Thinking from, you have penetrated the state. This penetration is still the mystery of all mysteries. Man has discovered how to go to the moon, place cameras in space, yet no matter what he knows concerning the mysteries of the universe, man cannot understand how an egg can be penetrated without a hole either before or after penetration. Well, your imagination is that sperm. You do not have to open doors to get into any room; you simply enter by assuming you are in it. Look at the world from it and feel what you want to feel, and the room has been penetrated. Now remain there until you feel relief. Of all the pleasures of the world, relief is the most keenly felt. So when you enter into (penetrate) a desire, remain there until satisfaction is felt, until you have expelled the sperm right into the state."
So NG says that assumption brings life to states, or in this case following and trusting truth and giving yourself to that truth, which is the proportionate overlap of components. He's basically saying that "stabilising" the state as I know he's said in other lectures is the entire point of looping so holding the assumptive sensation of surrendering to truth is what is being said here it seems. Thinking from, and stabilising that is the mystery of all mysteries he says, which is possible in some sense without open subtle senses but more difficult generally speaking. He simply says to think from and remain there, to just lose yourself in the experience. The experience needs to be quite real to you (doesn't mean sensory vividness per say though but just so long as you experience the reality of it) then it will explode. He's used this psychic sexual analogy before in other lectures and such in which case I argue that in order for that to even be open to option then you'd need the available qi from kidney and heart meridians AKA the water and fire elements to reach the point of complete satisfaction the way he says. People back then would've probably had more vitality to access though, so it would've been seemingly more reliable on some level.
"The Lord told Moses he would cover him with his hand, which is his creative power. To cover is to copulate. Having covered you with his creative power, you are told that he removes it. In other words, you don’t have to remain in that state. You are to go in and fertilize it, then remove your hand by returning your creative awareness to the former state."
The hand is the wind, so that means that the wind would be where this takes place right? The wind is the higher order format of fire. So NG says that it's a one and done, at least under this assumptive aspect. That's his method. The alchemist has said that this can be a gradual process, and that the point of satisfaction can be generated over time which is what the eventual overlap of the components is about. If it's true on one level it should be true on all other levels too. This reminds me of the story where Jacob places his hand on the thigh of Isaac and that's symbolic of an important promise to carry forth under seedline context.
"The soul is God’s emanation, his wife ‘til the sleep of death is past. That’s where conception takes place, and from my own experience I say: birth will come about in thirty years. We are told Jesus began his ministry when he was about thirty years of age."
Emanation. Components. The soul is where conception takes place because the soul is the sulphur and is where the energy is held. The overlapping of the components.
"Now on the 20th of October, my friend Benny experienced the birth of the child. Last night Benny called to tell me that he saw David on the 6th day of March, the very day I foretold it would happen. He has promised to write the dream in detail to me, but this is what he told me over the phone: “In my dream I was invited to a party attended by many children and their parents. Suddenly the parents disappeared, leaving me alone with the children. As I looked around I noticed a lad about fourteen years of age walking toward me. Instantly I recognized him as David, and as I looked into his eyes I knew that he recognized me as his Father. Speaking directly to me, he said: ‘I know our Father will never leave us.’ Then the dream ended.”"
Just putting this here because of the symbolism of the dream that might be important to log.
"Here is the fulfillment of scripture. You see, God does not imitate, he does not repeat himself. In each case the same story is fulfilled, but is unique to the individual and never duplicated. Scripture says: “I go unto my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.” Here is the plural: “Our Father will never leave us.” The earthly fathers left, but the Spiritual Father will never leave us. Now I will prophesy for Benny. On the 8th day of July he will be split from top to bottom and ascend into heaven in serpentine form!"
Every unique experience is unique.
"What can it matter what you accomplish in the outer world when you leave it all to go through the little gate called death? And no one knows the furnaces still to be experienced before the birth of the child!"
Once again another eluding to being born into suffering for a function of transformation.
"But may I say to my friend who wrote the letter: you may depart this world in less than thirty years, but you will not falter. Benny is only about thirty years old now, so he has no memory of the conception; but no one can choose the time, for everyone is chosen. “You did not choose me, I chose you, for no man comes unto me save my Father calls him and I and my Father are one.” No one can tell the secret of God’s elective love, but when you are full of power, you are called. You don’t volunteer, but are drafted, drawn into the state to reach its climax in thirty years!"
God chooses us.
"To tell this to a vast audience would be the height of insanity, as they would not understand what I am talking about. But I tell you: your dreams, visions and experiences are symbols which you either accept and interpret or reject as an illusion, for there is nothing but God, who is your own wonderful human Imagination! There is only one Spirit in this wonderful universe. The being that maintains it all is the same being that maintains you! There is no other."
Yeah it is pretty insane to think about from the standard common sense view, somehow they can't see it.
"I have read books on sex symbolism in the Bible where these great scholars consider this passage in Luke to be pornography. If you read it on that level you will see God as a creator, creating. Every child born of woman is God creating, for he is the creator of all. But when he calls you from above, your energies are reversed and spring from above, while the energies of this world spring from below, so you move from generation to regeneration."
Well that's some statement. Move the vitality around, just format the components.
"Now let me come back to this level and show you how to go about realizing your objectives. What you want, be it health, wealth, or fame, is only a state. Think of the state as an egg containing everything necessary to externalize itself, but dead and must be penetrated and fertilized in order to break the shell and become what the world calls reality. Let me illustrate. As I stand here before you, I desire and will assume that I am in San Francisco, approximately 500 miles from here. (I think I know this city well, but I don’t have to know a city in order to assume a state.) Putting myself in a familiar hotel lobby, I sit there and think of the world relative to the lobby in which I am now seated. While I am here I feel its reality; I feel the satisfaction of being here, the very place I wanted to be. The moment I feel the relief of being here, I have released the necessary sperm, or energy, into that dead state. Then I return to Los Angeles, but in that short period of time I have gone and prepared the experience. Now I will move across a bridge of events which will compel me to go to San Francisco. I may have no desire to go, but I will; for I have prepared the place, occupied it, and although I returned to where I was and later may resist the going, I cannot stop it, for I have created it and I will fulfill what I have done."
So here's another example of his explanation of the methods to do this overlapping. Interesting that he says that there may be no desire to move into that experience after fertilising it and he may even resist going into it. He cannot stop it and so will be forced to fulfil what has been imagined. Interesting idea. So does this then apply to everything that's not reached this point of satisfaction then? To what degree does this apply for all the other mundane day to day experiences? He's said that inner conversations play out too.
"Now you can do this with everything. An objective, a desire, is an egg, which you can penetrate and occupy. You can move right into it and view the world from it. Don’t think of it; view the world from it, which implies that you are in it. Then feel the relief, the satisfaction, of being there. Do this and no power in the world can stop you from realizing that state. You may regret what you did, but you will fulfill it anyway. Learn your lesson and try not to do that which you do not want to experience in the future.
Everything is waiting for you to penetrate, as everything is in the cleft rock. Your desire is just as dead as a rock, so you penetrate it by going right into it, occupying, and viewing the world from it. Then, feeling the relief of being in it and the satisfaction of accomplishment, turn your back on it knowing you have done it, and allow it to objectify itself in your world."
View the world from it then feel the relief. That relief is the challenging part, because it requires the stabilisation of subtle sense. In this sense the whole natural striving thing seems to be secondary to this desire being satisfied. I still believe this is a function of kidney and heart qi.
"Tonight, know what you want and go right in and occupy it. Don’t ask anyone’s permission; just put yourself into the state you desire to experience by asking yourself this question: “How would I feel if I saw the world from that state?” Do you know you can put yourself into any state? My son actually put himself into the state of war by reading a book about Guadalcanal and falling in love with the pictures of the natives there! He certainly didn’t enjoy his experiences while there, but he asked for it. You see: nothing happens by accident. Everything that happens in the world does so because you and I set them in motion, whether we do it wittingly or unwittingly."
He says you get put into a state when you immerse yourself and lose yourself in an experience. That point of threshold of that taking up your entire awareness is the magic is seems. His son put himself into a state of war by reading a book apparently. This is why I say that the natural striving seems to lead to also viewing things that can lead us through to more of being ourselves instead of not, and that the experience itself is the immersion into being yourself. I still don't see how every thought you have manifests, though I see it often times.
18/5/25
"Yes, when something happens that's more interesting, but you shouldn't be bopped up and down by any of it. Um, if you're being bopped up and down by something happening or something not happening, then you're not really stabilized yet. So, getting to that that center point where you don't get moved around by what is or isn't happening is one of the goals of all of these practices. so that you can hold your center no matter what. Not just when there's nothing happening, but in the midst of craziness happening, still hold your center."
This is the alchemist on being stable with your state no matter what happens and that being the goal of these methods. Mirrors what I said back in the earlier pages. Stability is power, because it means you have supply, or are in the process of transforming limits to attain supply.
Imagination fulfils itself - Neville Goddard lecture - 1968
"I say imagination creates reality, and if this premise is true then imagination fulfills itself in what your life becomes. Although I have changed the words, what I am saying is not new. Scripture says it in this manner: “Whatsoever you desire, believe you have received it and you will.” This statement goes back two thousand years, yet even before that Jeremiah tells of the same principle in his story of the potter and his clay. But until imagination becomes a part of your normal, natural currency of thought, you will not act consciously. Like breathing, this awareness must become so much a part of you that you will not turn to the left or the right to praise or blame anyone. When you know this presence it will not matter if you started life behind the eight-ball, or in a palace; as a poor, or a rich child; you will realize that life is always externalizing what you are imagining.
Lacking the knowledge of this principle, you can reproduce your environment . . be it pleasant or unpleasant . . forever and ever, as you feed your imagination on what your senses dictate. But knowing this principle, you can ignore the present, and untethered by the so-called facts of life, you can imagine the present as you desire it to be and feed upon your desire, rather than its omission."
So here NG says that knowing that your imagination is God allows you to "ignore" the present. I don't see how that can be a valid way of applying this, because unless you've had sufficient expansion to KNOW that and I mean have experience that's truly profound to prove this over and over then you really don't have any way of detaching or as he says "untethered" which is the same term. NG basically says that to detach you need to know you're God and it's all in your imagination, apparently. Once again imagination and the mind are in effect not the same thing, so this term is still a bad use of the word.
"Now, imagination cannot be observed as we see objects in space, for imagination is their reality. Fawcett gives the name, “God” to the cause of the universe, saying: “God, the creator, is like pure imagining in ourselves. He works in the depths of our soul underlying all of our faculties, including perception, and streams into our surface mind least disguised in the form of productive fancy.”"
He says that the objects we see in the world are imaginal. If that means that they're based on imaginal senses then that would imply there's a stabilised substrate that they can exist on, else what you imagine would phase in and out of existence very very fast. Things you forgot about would instantly vanish, so the unconscious must play a role here, which he never eludes to of course.
"Listen to your thoughts and you will hear God’s words! A thought that is not felt produces nothing. But a thought producing motor elements reproduces itself! Catch God in a moment of a motor element such as anger, fear, or frustration, being congratulated or congratulating, and you will know what is going to happen in your world. Unless, of course you arrest your thoughts and revise them. Most of us, however, are not aware of what we are doing, so we do not observe the creator. But we can catch him as he streams into our surface mind least disguised in the form of productive fancy."
Wow ok so here he's saying that thoughts that aren't felt as a motor sensation AKA a body belief will not manifest. This is his own words! He's saying that our motor reactions to experiences determine what happens, as in WHAT MOVES US. What moves us is what we haven't yet integrated, as I've said many times. If you feel uncomfortable then you will be shifted by that thing, and the alchemist has talked about this before and that's what theurgy is all about, to face the highest order pressures in existence to become immortal because they're inaccessible in the practical world for the most part. He's only confirming the mechanics of RS here, saying that when we become aware of our motor sensations or how our intuitive sense of truth is revealing to us if something is necessary to go through or not, then that determines our outcomes because it's pretty much always felt in the body and HD is the science that defines the quality of the intuitive sense that you feel. Interestingly enough he says that we should arrest the thoughts and revise them. He's basically saying that accepting and buying into negative reactions without correcting them (relative to what I might ask) is a bad thing, saying that most are not conscious of them.
"f, while riding the bus, driving the car, sitting at home, or standing at a bar, you hear a remark and react by moving on the inside, that remark will fulfill itself in what your life becomes. This principle sets you free, if you are willing to assume its responsibility."
He says that reaction (which is automatic if you've not integrated the theme that those sensory inputs are touching on within your field geometry that you're un/comfortable with) that your body plays out when stimulated with something determines your life. He says this principle sets you free. I've not heard this before, likely because it's another non audio lecture. These ones have the deepest insights it seems. I wonder why. I've heard him talk about this whole reaction thing before as I've quoted this in the past on another lecture but it was never said to be the actual secret principle. This is actually true, though he's very likely going to market to us this idea that simply feeling good makes good things happen which is UTTER NONSENSE! Try that and live in a compromised manner ignoring intuitive impulse to go through what's necessary and you'll find out what the peak dip cycle is VERY fast. Lived in and out of that for years before I realised this, so I know what happens there.
"But whether you assume it or not, you will fulfill your every motor element thought anyway. So in the end you will not sympathize or condemn, but simply tell those who may be going through an unpleasant experience of this principle, and . . if they accept it . . let the principle work in their lives."
We fulfil every motor element thought. Does that mean that every motor element brought about by imaginal senses or? I'm assuming that's what he means, that it's the body reaction as a result of thinking stuff that causes an unpleasant response. In a sense this is like what HD teaches, the body response determines correctness, or what I call intuitive impulse, which we all have built into us as the inner guidance mechanism, though he's coming at it from the angle of simply automatically having a negative feeling from seeing something you don't like in the world is going to cause more negative stuff to happen. Condemning others he is implying will cause you to be condemned, or face negative stuff because you harbour that within. I actually agree, but not on a blanket kind of manner. Unnecessary condemnation brought about from personal compromise patterns that needs expression as the frustration will likely cause these negative outcomes, though righteous condemnation, not from a place of hatred for your own lacks, but simply speaking the facts as they are, that this is necessary and can result in POSITIVE outcomes if you're moved in such a direction. The dynamic nature of this stuff is necessary to understand instead of viewing it as though you're a robot that will must feel good all the time and smile in reaction to all events. Nonsense.
"Last night, for instance, I heard Billy Graham for the first time. Here were thousands of people in the audience listening to a thousand-member choir sing the song, “Oh, how I love Jesus.” Now, I don’t want to be critical, but when I heard Billy Graham speak I realized that he had not the slightest concept of Jesus, far less his second coming. He said: “If Jesus should come now, just imagine, there would be no more cancer, no more heart failures, and no more death.”"
Wow would you look at that. NG said he doesn't want to be critical, and then speaks the facts about what Billy Graham says is incorrect. He literally just did what I just did. Did that evoke a negative feeling though? Probably not, but the point is that he was on that spectrum of speaking from a sense of righteousness in saying someone else is wrong.
"Billy Graham believes heaven is made up of flesh and blood bodies in excrementitious states. And they would have to have bathrooms there, if there were no more death. If you were still in a body, that is excrementitious. You would have to take in food which is given you, and what you could not assimilate you would have to expel. And, unless you lost all sense of shame and reverted to the animal world, you would have to have a bathroom. I listened to this man and asked myself: is this the man who was entertained at the White House and received by the Pope at the Vatican? (On the other hand, the Pope is equally silly concerning the mystery of Christ.)"
Well there's the NG rant over Billy being wrong, so it sounds like he had passion for what he spoke, which likely would've come from a similar sensation to what I would say when writing these entries here. It's one of "correction" so to say, not hate, and there's a difference between speaking from that place of motor response vs a hatred for someone and wanting to attack them personally.
"Then at the end of the program, there was an appeal for money. He will give you two books which you hadn’t asked for. One interprets the Bible and the other interprets the first one. All you need do is send in your donation to this simple address: Billy Graham, Minneapolis, Minn. “But,” said he: “this program is costing us $500,000, and we don’t have that sort of money. So if you are alone please send in a contribution. But if you are not alone then take up a collection among all who are with you and send it in.” Now, this goes on night after night for one solid week! He is a grand and wonderful being, but he has no concept of the mystery of Christ."
He is a grand and wonderful being. There's the NG attitude towards other people who he disagrees with. That expands on what I said before, that from what I've gathered those who are mostly clean from deliberate denigration of others often has more open subtle senses and that's the point of praising and holding gratitude and love and compassion for everything around you at baseline.
"Now, I want to show you what I mean when I say you can be exactly what you want to be. Let me begin by telling you that for the last couple of months I have felt like the devil, yet I knew I was responsible for the hell I found myself in. The doctor gave me every possible test, and when I saw him yesterday he told me I was a dilemma."
Starting right off saying you can be exactly what you want to be, or as he says in other lectures "have anything that you desire in this world", and most assume that means literally anything when in reality that's almost always going to mean the CORRECT desires that are unfolding through you, the already planted seeds. Interestingly enough NG admitted that he had a bad time at the docs recently when he presented this lecture.
"Do you know what a dilemma is? It’s an argument presenting two or more alternatives equally conclusive against an opponent. In other words, if you start on the assumption that whatever you choose your conclusion will be wrong, you have a dilemma. You can use anything as a dilemma. That’s me. My blood indicated one thing in a certain test and the opposite in another. The tests only confirmed what I already knew: that the cause of my discomfort lay in the depth of my soul and not in any secondary cause . . such as a thyroid, heart, liver, kidney, or anything outside of myself."
That is actually a very good way of explaining a dilemma or a contrast. You've got a condition where you're feeling truth in one direction and a condition that seems true in contrast but in reality is a false expectation that's holding false importance. This is why breaking boxes involves letting go, and his analysis here is effectively implying that manifesting by committing to a state or an assumption is letting go of the other side of the contrast and being ok with it not being important to you anymore. Going all the way involves this and that purifies the not self stuff. He actually had a very good way of defining things under that context.
"I am wearing a body, but it is not me. I put myself into this body, which limits me. I am its operant power. It cannot be causeful, as it only reflects what I am entertaining in my imagination. I must not justify it, condemn, or excuse myself in any way. Knowing I did not feel well, I changed my feeling, and when the tests (which I had taken to please the one I love) came back, I learned I was a dilemma."
Well now we know that even NG faced health related issues. I find that interesting though, considering he's supposedly considered to be the manifesting guru of them all who can manifest anything, like you're compared to him all the time if you try and stand up against his authority.
"I ask you to take the same responsibility. To not pass the buck to any person, organization, situation, or circumstance, but to discover for yourself that imagining truly does create reality. If the cause of all life is God, then God must be all imagination. And because you can imagine, then . . like God . . you are pure imagination in yourself. Regardless of what reason and your senses deny, you can imagine anything and bring it to pass if this premise is true."
Then he goes on and says about this nonsense about you can imagine anything and bring it to pass. Yeah technically that's possible at certain levels but once again it's applied like a blanket statement to everybody, when that's just not true. Could I manifest a million bucks? Yeah, I could, but is that correct for me in my path? Probably not, else I'd feel compelled to move there. The idea here though that I believe his whole premise is about is that you should take full responsibility for your experiences and reactions and know that only you can change them. This is the way I believe he was implying this to mean, if he wasn't just spouting nonsense, and that these statements are simply for a morale type of thing more than a technically based idea.
"Now let me share a few wonderful letters I recently received. A lady writes: “In July my car needed repair. As I signed the credit slip agreeing to pay the cost of $62, I imagined it was a check, for I never sign a check unless there is money in the bank to cover it. August and September passed with no request for payment. In September a man stopped by and, eager to sell his house, asked me to list it for him. I told him that I was no longer in the business and recommended my former broker. I forgot all about it, but in October, just before the car repair statement arrived, I received a referral commission from my former broker in the amount of $68. . . six dollars more than the cost of the repair of my car.
Here the money . . like the story in the 6th chapter of Luke . . came to her pressed down, shaken together, and running over. Everyone in the ancient world had a big pocket where grain was placed and pressed down until it ran over. Just like the baker’s dozen this lady received her $62 . . plus.
Then she said: “For some time now my favorite chair has needed new upholstery. Choosing the material and pattern was easy, but the cost of $87 had to be imagined. So rather than limit myself to an exact figure, I simply imagined my chair as already newly upholstered. While sitting in it, I denied its worn cover, and when thinking of it while in another part of the house, I always saw it as I desired it to be.
In early September, while on vacation, our neighbor had a heart attack. His wife, desiring to be with her husband, asked if their son could stay with us until their return. Since he and our son were playmates and inseparable, John stayed with us for five beautiful weeks, and when his mother asked how much she owed me I kiddingly said, ‘Nothing! But, some day when you have an old, worn out hundred dollar bill tucked in your billfold and you don’t know what to do with it, you can give it to me.’ And the lady replied ‘That’s exactly what my husband and I agreed to do,’ and from her billfold she took a folded hundred dollar bill and gave it to me. That money paid for the chair’s new cover, plus an additional $13.” Again we see the money came to her pressed down, shaken together, and running over.
When you apply this principle towards the seeming other you are applying it towards yourself, because there is no other. We are told that when Job forgot himself in his love for his friends and prayed for them, his own captivity was lifted. Then all that he seemingly had lost was returned, multiplied one hundredfold."
Bit of a long one. This is actually a decent story about looking after another is looking after yourself, and I believe this attitude he had only serves to increase the resonant to the subtle substances. That's why I added this in, because such an attitude is conductive to truth. I do apply myself wherever I can with this principle in the work I do here, in for example spending hours and hours and hours every day typing out notebook entries to give them away for free when if I was making hourly rates in coaching in comparison I'd be quite rich instead but the exploration of truth that this offers for free to all who want it that it wouldn't feel as complete. Both are valuable of course, but this work here just feels so valuable and I know that those who read this and send me comments and such appreciate that.
"As you forgive another by thinking of him as you would like him to be and persuading yourself of the reality of your imaginal act, you are forgiving him for what he appears to be by putting him into an entirely different state. Do that and you are substituting a noble concept for an ignoble one. That’s forgiveness! Forgiveness tests the individual’s ability to enter into and partake of the nature of the opposite. A priest will say: I forgive you, yet when he passes you on the street he remembers what was confessed. If he can remember, he has not forgiven! The memory of what was done or said must be replaced by something else, so that the former can no longer be remembered."
Seriously. I don't think that's accurate at all. It's not even about the memory but the motor response or the charge held there that is how you forgive. You don't hold excessive charge that's resenting another for what they did, that's how I consider forgiveness, because I've never personally forgotten events but had the charge for them dissolved.
"Then my friend told her the story of my friend Ann, who lived in New York City.
Ann was a member of the world’s oldest profession, that of being a lady of the evening. She often came to my meetings, but this day we met on the corner of Broadway and 72nd Street, where she told me this story. One day, while walking by a hat shop, she fell in love with a beautiful hat in its window with a price tag indicating a cost of $17.50. Wanting it so much, she decided to apply this principle, so in her imagination she placed the hat on her head, and as she walked up Broadway she felt the hat on her head. She would not look in a store window and be disillusioned, and when she arrived home she imagined taking off the hat and placing it on the top shelf before looking in the mirror.
Ten days later a friend called and invited her to lunch. When she arrived, the friend handed her a hat box, saying: “I don’t know what possessed me, but I bought this hat and when I brought it home I realized I had made a mistake. I do not like it on me but I think it would look lovely on you, Ann.” Opening the box she reached in and brought out . . not a hat, but the hat.
Then Ann said to me: “Why didn’t God give me the money to buy the hat, instead of giving it to me through a friend?” I asked her if she felt obligated to her friend, and when she shook her head, No, I asked how much she usually paid for a hat. When she told me $4 or $5, I asked if she had ever purchased a $17 hat before. Again the answer was No, and when she admitted to owing two weeks’ rent, I said: “If while admiring the hat you found a hundred dollar bill on the sidewalk, would you have bought the hat? I’ll answer for you, no you would not. You would have paid your rent and perhaps bought some groceries, but you would not have purchased the hat. Tell me Ann, how much money must God give you to get you to buy a $17 hat? If he gave you a thousand dollars you wouldn’t have bought it, for you are not in the habit of buying such expensive hats, so God knows best how to give you the hat you desired.”"
This is an interesting one. He says that because Ann didn't have an attitude of having money available to spend that it determines how the hat showed up. That's how NG uses logic, all belief logic. Makes sense really, but I wouldn't say this holds up every time because there's often examples where these things can be broken and you can be surprised.
"Envy no one. If a man has $500 million and a girl stands at the top of the social ladder it is because God, in them, had the desire and is fulfilling it. Blake was right when he titled his wonderful picture: “More! More! is the cry of the fool. Less than all is not enough.” Scripture tells us: “All thine are mine and mine are thine,” for all that God is, is yours, as you inherit God. He is your possession, so whatever God is, when you inherit him less than all is not enough. But the cry of “more” is the cry of the fool, for as long as he wants more he never has enough."
Right so everyone who's committing war crimes in the name of progress is desiring that right?
"There is nothing wrong with it. I personally have no desire to be named among the externally well dressed. I hope I am internally well dressed. I hope my light is blinding. I hope my garment is so powerful one cannot stand in its presence unless qualified to be there. And if I modify my garment to suit the level upon which another stands, that he may see the being I represent, I do . . but certainly not on the outside."
That's actually a powerful quote, saying that he desires that his light is blinding and that others must be qualified to stand in his presence. It's somewhat parasitic when you take it at face value but knowing NG it doesn't seem to be, though some quotes make you question that.
"I ask you to take me seriously. Imagination will fulfill itself, so do not limit yourself by anything that is now happening, no matter what it is. Knowing what you want, conceive a scene which would imply you have it. Persuade yourself of its truth and walk blindly on in that assumption. Believe it is real. Believe it is true and it will come to pass. Imagination will not fail you if you dare to assume and persist in your assumption, for imagination will fulfill itself in what your life becomes.
Now, you may know of someone who had an assumption but died before it was realized. May I tell you: death does not terminate life. The world does not cease to be at the moment in time when your senses cease to register it. Instead, you are restored to life to continue your journey, and your dreams . . unrealized here . . will be realized there. You can’t stop it, for imagining is forever creating reality."
More of this stuff about how you are restored in the same kind of body in a new life again after death. Never heard of that anywhere mentioned, and I don't know where he mentions this in scripture. Perhaps this relates to the resurrection when Christ shows up again?
"When my brother, Lawrence, was making his exit from this world, I told my sister-in-law that there was marriage in the next world and she . . in a very light vein . . said: “I don’t want to go now, but do you think Lawrence will be waiting for me so we can get married again?” Well I answered in the same light vein, saying: “God is merciful.” I’ll let it be at that and you can give any interpretation you want to regarding what I have said. But just imagine two people who have spent their life fighting like cats and dogs . . wanting to perpetuate it? No. God is merciful. He really is. Once you have experienced an unhappy state you would have to be a stupid idiot to repeat it. But after the resurrection there is no giving or taking in marriage, for you are above the organization of sex . . away beyond it."
Wow there's NG calling someone a "stupid idiot". He's right though. You have got to be insane to want to continue that on. The resurrection he mentions seems to be a "spiritual" one, where there's no physical marriage or sexual experience. Marriage is only for this one he claims, and as I assumed just before reading this it seems to be related to THE resurrection in the bible that we've discussed before. I don't think that means what he assumes here, based on what I understand about alchemy and scripture. The resurrection is related to something else. Perhaps it's for your specific individuated being, and not the actually eternal part, if you've not completed the lesser conjunction and combined the principles so they don't dissolve and your consciousness ceases to exist.
So the main point in this one was about the motor response. Time for the next.
You are a cosmic being - Neville Goddard lecture - 1969
"Tonight I want you to think of Christ as a cosmic being who contains everyone within him. Having died for all, this one being is in all, and will rise in all. Only one being can rise, for only one being fell. Having deliberately destroyed his temple in the fall, God, (this one being) is rebuilding his temple out of the redeemed, in order for it to become something far greater than it was prior to its destruction. One being, containing all within him, fell into this world of death to become individualized as you, as me. That same being will rise in us all, individually: and when he does the divine name “Lord” will be conferred upon the individual in whom he rose."
That's just straight up wrong, though it's always vague with his words. There is individuated higher genius, and that's the supply of your components FROM God, so if you want to play semantic games yeah God fell but it's not really that way practically speaking. Only one being fell he says, though each human has individuated consciousness with their own elements superimposed over collective trajectory. So the "fall" is supplied by God through the individuated components. It's difficult to explain this really, but it doesn't really matter.
"In Paul’s wonderful letter to the Corinthians, he tells us: “From now on I regard no one from the human point of view; even though I once regarded Christ from a human point of view, I regard him thus no longer.” Why? Because Paul was led from tradition to self-discovery. While determined to destroy those who believed in a savior other than the one he was taught to believe in, Paul discovered that the Christ of whom they spoke was a pattern of salvation contained within every child born of woman. It was Paul who said: “When it pleased God to reveal himself in me, I conferred not with flesh and blood.” The pattern unfolds in only one way, and Paul tried to describe how it unfolded in him. I cannot find the true detail by his description of it, but Paul does tell us to imitate God as dear children."
Yeah that pattern is the elements that conjugate through clearing the not self barriers preventing them from becoming one thing. That's what leads to the child being born, the Christ child.
"I tell you: one being fell to become all, and one being is going to rise in all, as each is called according to His purpose. I was called in 1959. He may call you tonight, but each one of us will be called individually by the same being who is rising in all."
1959 hey. That's when he had the visions.
"If you would imitate God as a dear child you must first have a pattern from which you may follow. This is true in all walks of life. There must be a mold into which molten metal is poured in order to form a casting. Jesus Christ is the mold which “Must be perfect as your heavenly Father is perfect.” Perfection is a molten state into which you must be reduced. Your physical body, when it is burned, it is reduced to dust; so it cannot be this body that is reduced to a molten state. No. It is not your physical body, but your Spiritual body."
Yeah he's once again talking about the arrangements of the principles.
"Although this world of death is temporal, it will continue as though it is forever, until the individual hears the Word of God and responds with faith by setting his hope fully upon the grace that is coming to him at the revelation of Jesus Christ within him. That is where the one being, containing all of us, fell. It was a deliberate act, and necessary in order to expand beyond what He was prior to the fall. We did nothing wrong to warrant our fall; rather we desired to enter this world of death. We agreed to take upon ourselves these dead garments; to be enslaved by them and to overcome them. We did it in perfect confidence that He who contained us all, would redeem us all."
Everything I have come to understand this isn't the case.
"In the 32nd chapter of the Book of Deuteronomy we are told that: “He has set bounds to the people according to the number of the sons of God;” therefore, every child is a garment worn by a son of God, and God will not leave one of his sons in this world of death. Rather, every son will rise, individually, to the realization that he is God the Father, as it takes all of us to form that one being who is God and Father of all."
Neither is this. Sons of God means understanding, and it's an attainment of formation of the base elements into one substance which opens up a new level. As I have criticized before when he claimed that we are already sons of God, he's doing it again here. This isn't true, though we have the CAPACITY to become sons of God.
"When I speak of Jesus Christ I do not mean a man, but a pattern. Like Paul, I no longer regard Christ from the human point of view. I once regarded him as such, but not anymore. Now I see him as a pattern of salvation which began to unfold in me back in 1959 when I awoke in my skull. Until that moment in time I . . like you . . had no idea I was buried there; but, because it happened to me, I will now prophecy for you. A storm wind will possess you, and you will awaken within yourself to discover you are entombed in your skull, from which you will emerge. That will be your birth from above, of which John speaks, saying: “Unless you are born from above you cannot enter the kingdom of God.” This kingdom is the new age spoken of as that age . . as opposed to this age."
Well that might explain why his older books were written so badly and he repeated this mentalism stuff that is truly nonsense about subconscious impression. The pattern he talks about once again is simply the clearing of the unconscious waters to open up earth and air to be realised. That's what the explosion is. It's not even in the skull as far as I know but your whole body conjoins. Why would it just be in the skull. It can lead INTO the skull, but it's not the skull in a vacuum which experiences this, as far as I know. The kingdom of God also isn't an "age" but a level of subtle access, as far as I know. The kingdom has levels, and heaven being the experience of the air or solar body in its capacity represents the lower level of the kingdom. It's outlining the levels of coherency, and the mansions aren't states per say as he says as in picking states because they're not all available to all at every time, it's that more states unlock over time as you become more coherent. In some way he's right but it's always needing to be interpreted under the context of availability for states instead of seeing it all as here and now. It's a capacity to experience. Letting go of the current bounds is necessary to get there.
"The world may condemn you if you are a thief by profession, but Paul doesn’t. It matters little what happens to you individually between the cradle and the grave. But it matters much if, when you hear my story of salvation you believe it; for then you will break the shell and rise above all this worldly nonsense. Salvation’s story was told to us as it was to them; but it did not benefit them because . . believing this world of death was real . . they were more interested in achieving greater intellect and more wealth here; therefore, the story was not received with faith."
Paul doesn't condemn the thief apparently. It matters according to him that you believe in the invisible, which IS the function of the mysteries to open up the subtle senses and disconnect from this world as all there is. It's then really not even belief in the seen but in the unseen, as in in the subtle reality above this one, not even the belief in the state or the desire but in the attainment of more subtle coherency of the elements. That's really how I'd interpret that because belief in the unseen imaginal stuff and in the other side really go hand in hand at the core level, even if that person doesn't consciously recognise that. It's the same mechanic. The thing is that if your higher genius which mediates the will of God through you doesn't want you to be a thief then you've got no other option but to give it up. This is the thing, when you get to the highest level of the work even above what NG preached then you'll require to go beyond what he spoke about which is why I don't agree with this idea. I can't say with 100% certainty from my own experience because I am not there yet though the map has been clearly laid from all the study I've done on the subject over the last decade. All the traditions that NG knocks like qigong and yoga as methods of raising the current don't require knowing your imagination is God to open up this experience. It's all nonsense what he says that you need to believe in God to have it happen. There are methods which can "force" it to happen too, though I don't teach those for obvious reasons.
"In the Jerusalem Talmud, there is a tradition that the Messiah was born in Bethlehem the night of the destruction of Jerusalem, and he was carried off by a storm wind. I tell you this is true."
Oh man he's quoting the Talmud. That's the last place you want to go for correct insights on scriptural doctrine. At least he's not referencing the Babylonian Talmud. That's got legal cases that can be made for justifying child abuse in every way imaginable, among many other things.
"When the storm wind possessed me I reverberated from head to foot. I felt as though my body was being shattered as I awoke. Expecting to see the same room I had retired in, I awoke to find myself in a tomb which I intuitively knew to be my skull. It was sealed, and when I rolled a stone away, I discovered that I could force my head into the opening found there. This I did and I came out of that skull as a child comes out of the womb of a woman; but this was the womb from above rather than the womb from below, for you must be born from above in order to inherit the kingdom of God. Then the entire imagery as told us in scripture surrounded me, witnessing the event."
Yeah head to foot, not just in the skull. The whole body feels the lightning, not just the skull as I said before. So here he says that it was a whole body experience, the alchemist saying it was like the left and right halves of his body smacked into each other.
"It is written that the angel of the Lord said to those who were going to be witnesses: “Go and you will find him, for God is born this day in Bethlehem. Look for this sign, which is a babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying on the floor.” The witnesses then went hastily and found the sign; but they could not see he who was having the experience because he was Spirit, and since God is Spirit, it was God who was born.
Although I could not be seen by mortal eye, my witnesses could not see me; but I could see them and their every thought was objective to me. Then the sign of my birth was carried away by a storm wind."
I don't believe that this experience is the same for everybody in terms of the exact nature, because it's thematic and the sensory level is just the impression that makes the most sense to the waters of the person going through it.
"Now, knowing myself to be God, who is a father, I must have a son to bear witness to my fatherhood. Five months later God’s son David stood before me and called me father and I fulfilled his promise. Then I returned to the limitation of my cross in order to share my experiences with you, my brothers, to encourage you to believe. I saw my only son who is God’s only son.
That son is the personification of all the generations of men and their experiences, proving that the race is finished and the crown of righteousness is mine. I have played every lovely and unlovely part in this world. I had to in order to see my son, whose beauty is beyond measure, and whose name is David."
He admitted that he needed to suffer in order to attain this end. I still disagree but whatever. Suffering isn't necessary outside of necessary suffering, to attain what's needed to complete the integration of the components of God.
"Now, the third mighty act reveals your true identity as that of molten gold. In the Book of Zechariah, we read: “He stood upon the Mount of Olives when it was split from east to west as one half moved northward and the other half moved southward.” You will discover, as I did, that the Mount of Olives spoken of here is your body; for the Old Testament is an adumbration, a forecasting in a not altogether conclusive and immediately evident way."
Yes that is indeed correct! That's what we've been talking about. The body which contains the currents merge into each other. That's the moving up and down and east to west and such. They become one thing through purification.
"It is a shadow, but not the substance. Zechariah refers to a mountain, but when it happens to you, you will realize that the mountain is yourself. It is your body which is split from top to bottom, from east to west, as one side moves northward as the other side moves southward, revealing liquid, molten gold at its base. As I looked at this living, liquid gold I knew it to be myself; and I fused with it and up I went into my skull . . into the kingdom of heaven, for the kingdom is within, At that moment I departed the world of generation and returned to the world of regeneration, as the heavens reverberated like thunder. Having returned to the molten state, I cast myself into the mold which was prepared for me before that the world was, to become the living image that radiates and reflects God’s glory. I am now the express image of God Himself. God’s primal wish was, “Let us make man in our image.”"
Never heard of this with the symbolism of moving into his skull but whatever.
"I tell you, He has wrought it! As one of the gods, I have completed the journey; but because we are all brothers, I AM compelled to remain in the world to tell you in the hope that you who are still asleep will believe me. I say the Christ of scripture is a pattern of salvation and not a man separate from yourself."
So apparently NG is saying here he came back to share this message.
"The four mighty acts which form that redemption begin with your awakening within yourself and end with the descent of the dove. Two years and nine months after my ascent into the kingdom of heaven, the Holy Spirit descended upon me in bodily form as a dove and smothered me with love. Then I knew I had filled the entire role and was now a glorious, living stone in the living body of the Risen Christ.
Christ is the one being who fell containing all within himself. He chose us in him before the foundation of the world. Because he could not fall without all of us, we agreed to fall with him. That was an agreement for expansion, for truth is an ever expanding illumination. God, having reached the limit of contraction and opacity, died in order to rise into limitless expansion and translucency.
Opacity (which is doubt) is personified as a thing and called the devil; and this being called “man,” is the limit of contraction. It may be hard to believe, but . . as Paul said after his revelation: “The wisdom of this world is foolish in the eyes of God, and the foolishness of God is wiser than men and the weakness of God is stronger than men.” Man believes he is getting wiser and wiser, yet it is only wiser and wiser nonsense. But God allows the nonsense to go on as men give each other medals, knowing that after the revelation man will know that the Bible is not speaking of a messiah to come from without, but from within."
So humans are the limits of contraction, and he considers translucency as illumination and opacity as doubt. Not seeing the unseen, not believing in the unseen more or less is the limit. That's still not true because to come to this understanding you need to recognise this on some level within you already, to challenge the doubt, so it's a gradual shift.
"The mortal eye cannot see that image, and when I die here, my physical body will disintegrate like all bodies do. My friends will say I am dead, for to them I am a mortal being with weaknesses and limitations of the flesh."
The alchemist says that when you've completed the great work then your physical body is immortal and can move between any level of subtlety instantly at will because all those elements are integrated already. The body is part of the composition. Why would the body die?
"Those who see me as Neville are misled, as they cannot hear what I am saying; for they are seeing a body disintegrating before their eyes."
Yeah disintegrating. Literally. Dis-integrating. The integration of the components means death of the body, but if those components are joined together then they cannot die. That's how you become immortal.
"I promise you who hear me tonight, that it won’t be long before you will depart this world. Don’t be afraid. You will be restored to life, in a world just like this, to continue your journey. If you believe what you have heard from me, although I will not be there, wherever you go they will talk of the work I did here. Individually, I have left the world of death. I am only waiting for the moment when this little garment is taken off for the last time. I will not be restored to a world of mortality like this anymore, for I have finished the race; I have fought the good fight; I have kept the faith. Now there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness where I go to wait for all my brothers to come into that union and be the one being that came down bearing all."
Another reference to the so called resurrection. He actually says that you'll be restored to a world of flesh and mortality. That is in fact correct, but it's not you as you are today it will be your components recycled into a new consciousness and you as you are will cease to exist over time as the base elements further break down and eventually are fully disintegrated and separated to be used for another purpose.
I'll be totally honest here I believe that this imagination creates reality law of assumption manifestation stuff he sold us is all his only trick to having made himself known. If he did not talk about attaining things in the world and manifesting abundance and freedom that way then he'd never have been known. He already admitted to hiding certain experiences from his publications to only further lead on this idea that you can imagine your way into abundance, which technically you can, but never letting on the true nature of how reliable this is in the world for most people. This manifestation game he's preached is the reason why we talk about him today, because that's where it all lies. It's almost all a function of telling people what they want to hear and nothing else, because he never talked about this truth before 1959 as he said as to why he's still here doing lectures. It's that he had his run preaching imagination is God and then went the step further into explaining it's not all about desire, in a few passages at least. This is why NG should be viewed critically because his message has over time always been one of preaching a doctrine that's invalid for a vast majority of people on a practical level and that the actual core of his message has been totally misinterpreted. There's a reason why law of assumption as it's taught today is what it is. It's a fantasy being sold as a solution, that all you need to do is feel as though you're already there, as easy as it sounds that's probably the most challenging thing you can do because letting go is the challenge of life. Letting go of what's not self is what opens up clarity for what is. This is why the LOA stuff in some sense is correct but it's not the big picture and the manifestation side of this has been viewed as what NG is known for which really isn't the case in his later work.
"Mark my words, I am not fooling you. It isn’t long to wait before you will take off this garment and find yourself restored to life. You will meet many of your friends there who went before you. It will be a world just like this, where you will do all of the things we do here. And you will remember who taught you. You will not see me there, but eventually you will see me. Now I am going to where you cannot come; but you will, for everyone will awaken as God the Father."
So NG admits that he's going to live in another degree of subtlety. NG never attained the greater conjunction, though he attained aspects of it. This is why his doctrine isn't complete and will not get you all the way.
"Those who have $50 million are only interested in increasing their wealth to $100 million; and, although they may be eighty when they hear your story, it will not interest them, as they will still want more of what they must leave behind when they depart this world . . as they won’t be able to take it with them, as you know. They will make a world like this, only devoid of what they had built up here, and cast themselves in a role best suited for the work yet to be done in them by the son of God who is wearing that garment. He may zap him from the role of a millionaire and place him in the role of a shoe-shine boy or one who cleans latrines, if that is necessary for the work yet to be done in him."
Interesting. He says that God will cast the rich man in a role as someone who's of lesser status since he's already been the rich man. I don't think that's the point, it's not about the exact nature of the experience, but the themes that underlie that which provide the supply for the current necessary for the integration of the components to become proportionate. The pattern, which NG does use as a correct term for this, is what you are building out in these experiences, it's just that the road NG preaches of is the long way when the work we do here is the short way. That's what I've been developing out this whole time, the shortest way to attain this conjugation, building off the work of many different people over time to attain this wholistic understanding.
"The world into which they go is just as real as this. I know this is true from experience. I have sat in a chair and felt something happen within me and I see a world that is solidly real. As my consciousness follows vision, I step into that world and it closes upon me as this world is shut out. While in that world my body is real. It is seen and heard by others. If, in that world I have a body like this, yet those who are here see my body asleep in a chair, how did I get that body? It was just as real to me and to those who saw and heard me there as this body you now see here. You could destroy this body, but you would not have destroyed that body in that world."
Here's him describing the experience of moving into the subtle bodies he's living from, thinking it's just all spirit when it's not because there's 3 different levels that you can move into on the subtle which become one thing in the end. Lucid dreaming is usually done in the lunar body and that's what holds all the unconscious aspects of your mind.
"When I stepped into that world I knew myself to be a man called Neville. I was so aware of being Neville I clothed myself in the body that was Neville; yet I knew there was a body that was Neville, sound asleep on a chair.
How did it happen? By the seed of contemplative thought. When you die here, you remold yourself in the likeness that you know . . only you reduce it in age to a time that pleases you. An eighty-year-old man, knowing what he knows now, will wear a twenty year old body, produced by the seed of contemplative thought. Who does it? The God in him. He will not go through the womb of a woman, but will create a new body by the seed of contemplative thought. He goes on in that world, just as he does here, to die there and begin all over again until he hears the story of salvation and believes."
There's another reference to the experience of being born again into the world as someone who's 20. I need to ask the alchemist what he thinks about this because I do not know anything to add to this in understanding.
God's wisest creature - Neville Goddard lecture - 1968
I'm going to skip over a lot of this one because it's just more words of the same idea.
"Here are a couple of verses from that psalm: The Lord speaks, saying: “I say, ‘You are gods, Sons of the Most High, all of you; nevertheless, you shall die like men and fall as one man, O princes.’ ” These words are addressed to every child born of woman regardless of race or nationality. I say to you right now, you are gods, Sons of the Most High, all of you!"
We're not already all sons of God as we've talked about already. Sons of God is an attainment.
"The fall, in symbolism, is associated with the serpent. As God’s wisest creature, he said to generic man (in the form of woman): “Did God say you would die?” and she answered: “Yes, if I ate the fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.” Then he made this statement: “God knows you will not surely die, but your eyes will be opened and you will become like the gods, knowing good and evil.” (Genesis 3)
The serpent has now become man! This serpent is described by Isaiah as the seraphim [sic]. Describing his vision, Isaiah said: “I beheld the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up. Above him were the seraphim.” In Hebrew, the word means glorious celestial being, fiery serpent, noble one, prince."
More on the serpent.
"Without defining exactly what you look like, suppose you are now the being spoken of as the son of God. You certainly are not a man, because you must fall into man and die like men. Knowing that no man takes your life, you lay it down yourself. You have the power to lay it down and the power to lift it up again.
You agreed to take upon yourself this garment of anatomy called man, which is filled to overflowing with passion. Now, believing yourself to be human, you have emptied yourself of your power and wisdom. You cannot restrain the impulse to act, even though you were told that if you entertained one concupiscent thought you would die. Can you now see that the drama is psychological and not physical?"
So this is his proof of this being psychological apparently, missing the invisible substructure underlying this whole thing. He's right about that with the impulse to act though, we are driven to act for a reason, because that's how we recollect our parts through attuning to the themes of those experiences moved by natural striving. Natural challenge, challenge necessary to integrate under pressure what's always been there in capacity. It's not even that the pressure is there just because, but that since not self overlays the truth of the capacities that the not self burning away is where the pressure comes from, so natural striving is all about dropping not self stuff.
"The moment you contemplate an act, it has been committed. Whether it is pleasant and you may be inclined to do it physically, or you restrain the impulse to act upon that which you are contemplating, the act is already done!"
The moment you contemplate an act it's already done apparently. I don't think that's the case, though technically in the subtle it would be I'd say because the components which drove that already exist, which is what RS proposes as the theoretical basis that explains all the stuff that NG couldn't explain properly.
"“You have heard it said of old: ‘You shall not commit adultery,’ but I say to you that any man who looks upon a woman lustfully has already committed the act with her in his heart.” Here you see the whole drama put into a psychological frame. It is not good enough to restrain the impulse. You can’t even have it! God consigned you to disobedience by giving you a garment of passion and then telling you that if you entertained one concupiscent thought, you would die."
Wow that's a damning statement. You can't even feel it at all, so take that back to what he said about motor response being the cause. The very impulse that moves through you is the manifestation, meaning what's already there anchored in unconsciously is what manifests. Wonderful. We just proved his whole doctrine about mentalism wrong with these quotes. He just proved that RS is correct right here. What's already unfolding within you determines the end, because the supply for what you're thinking of naturally is what's coming through you because it's already there, which is why when you do advanced gazing and break boxes in the world that are necessary then you will begin to not think those same thoughts anymore and that's because you dissolved the current that was anchoring this in by dissolving that part of the not self. He's also proved that "flipping thoughts" as is commonly taught as the answer to liming thoughts is invalid here, even though his last talk about motor response and then revising negative stuff would say otherwise. So it seems that he is saying we need to take note of every single negative response and revise it. That's what he teaches and we proved it right here.
"There is not a thing you . . as man . . have ever done that God has seen something to be blamed in the act. And in the end, God in his infinite mercy will step beyond and arouse you. Having tasted what it is to be man in a world of death, you . . a son of the Most High . . will add what you have extracted from being man, to God’s glory."
That is correct, because the alchemist has said many times that when you die what you learned is "uploaded" to the higher Genius (the mediator between us and infinite God) and that then gets imprinted onto the new iteration to pick up where you left off, and that the pattern that each iteration is contributing to becomes easier to complete each time which is why some are born with more affinity for this than others. It's because that person has already reached higher levels in previous iterations. That's why when you die all your experiences are thrown up into the higher genius but you and your components get left to gradually rot and die because your purpose was served and the higher genius has no agenda as to who does it or not, because his will is always perfectly made manifest simply to complete the pattern. That's all there is, according to the traditional arts.
"One Man, containing all men, fell into division, and all men are gathered one by one and redeemed into the unity of the one Man who fell. “This structure is slowly built as a holy temple of the Lord in whom you also are built in.”"
Yeah the structure is slowly built.
"Now we are told: “He is designated son of God with power by his resurrection from the dead.” If you read scripture carefully, you will discover that the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes is not a birth, but a sign of the birth. And when it is said that Jesus was twelve years old, I ask you: twelve from what? Not from a little garment of flesh, but Jesus Christ is a wholly supernatural being. He is the son who fell when he wasn’t man to begin with. Jesus is the someone buried in you that is you!
One day he will awaken and you will see others, but they will not see you, as you will be invisible to them. But you will know yourself to be sheer power and sheer wisdom."
One day he will awaken. Yeah one day. That day is almost necessary to attain the power to actually perform the things that NG talks about, and he's saying it's all about belief. That's seemingly why he taught manifestation, to get you to believe in God, which is a smart way to do this too if we assume that's the case, but it's likely that there's other levels to that. Most people aren't able to access the subtle so how should they perform manifestation? They can't on that level, because manifesting on that level is letting go of not self to clear out the not self thematic supply and open up correctness to unfold through natural striving which will lead to manifestations that are satisfying, even if it's not what you want, though often times it is as I've experienced.
"Now, every mystic sees the journey as one of six thousand years. Blake beheld the visions of his deadly sleep of six thousand years as dancing around his skirts like a serpent of precious stones and gold . . which he knew to be himself. How can I describe my vision other than to say that when my body was split from top to bottom, I did not see a form, only golden, liquid light, which I knew to be myself. Then I fused with it and rose, just like a serpent, into my skull."
There's that golden liquid light again, which is actually what you see when you do advanced gazing. You can see your own template format of perfection which will be staring at you when you get deep enough and the alchemist says this is a level that's high enough to open up to doing theurgy because your vision is open at that level. There's a reference in the secret of the golden flower I believe which relates to this experience as an attainment too, with the crystallised light as it says you will see when you turn the light for 100 days. Paraphrasing.
"The son of man has the power of judgment on earth, but the son of God has the power to call his brothers out of their graves. No hydrogen bomb can raise the dead. It can kill them, but nothing can arouse them but this power. When it is applied to one who has been asleep for six thousand years, it will cause him to awake and rise from the grave of his own body, in which he has been sleeping all these years."
6000 years huh. Is that the age of humans on the earth?
"Now I would like to tell you a little story. As a man called Neville, I was born into a large and very poor family. We had no educational, social, or financial background, but my mother was very wise. If she saw anything she thought unbecoming in her children she would say: “Have you forgotten that you are a Goddard?” (That was our surname.) We were too young to know anything about backgrounds, but the mere fact that mother said it, made us realize that we must have forgotten we were Goddards or we would not have done what we did.
By the time we discovered that we had no background, the idea was so ingrained in us that we made the name important, with the result that the Goddards in Barbados today are the outstanding business people of the island. Year after year, our family-owned corporation does a gross of over $30 million and it grows and grows; yet it all started with mother saying: “Have you forgotten you are a Goddard?”
You can take any little thought like that and make the tree of money grow for you in this world. Then just imagine what you could do if you go beyond this world of Caesar."
Wow. 30 million is like around 10x that today. 300 million. There he is again with this money growing on trees again. You can make any thought grow money. Just imagine you can do it. He's always got to throw that into his lectures it seems. That's why people listen after all. That's the only reason why he's popular, because he kept repeating these lines and people only take out what they want to hear and don't ask questions. Nobody out there in this sphere has done a complete analysis of his entire work and asked the questions. That's what I'm here doing, as arduous as it is.
"You could imagine that the Elohim . . a compound unity of one made up of the redeemed . . has taken his place in the divine congregation. In the midst of the gods he pronounces judgment, saying: “You are gods, sons of the Most High, all of you: nevertheless, you shall die like men and fall as one man, O princes, O seraphim, O’ glorious celestial beings! You will empty yourself of your glory, your wisdom and your power and take upon yourself a garment of death and decay. Then, after a journey of horror for six thousand years, you will be restored having expanded your wisdom and your power by reason of your descent into decay and death.”
So let no one tell you that you did anything which was wrong to be expelled and separated from the Father. Yours was a deliberate act for your expansion and ultimate birth."
After a journey of horror for 6000 years he says. I don't think that's the case.

So I've done more experimenting with manifesting methods as usual and I believe I've found another method. I wasn't successful at making this work but I know there's something to this. I've written about this before but I actually believe that NG explained his own method in a terrible way and that the real way this works is much different to what we've been told. It's not about emotional stuff nor is it about sensory stuff, but that it's about a combination of the intuitive sense of knowing AKA the target you're moving through and then the current that moves with that. The way I know that there's something here is because my cultivation methods I've been doing lately have accelerated the depth of the gazing I can get to now as well as allowing me to feel more of the subtle senses of my field geometry.
Whenever I target specific things I would like to manifest I get a sort of "zap" sensation go through my body sometimes to the point where I flinch. I've felt this before but now it's more intense. Since I never really do anything about SATS with the whole targeting good things and such and I just allow myself to unfold whatever I'm playing out it's been a sharp contrast to when I last did this. So when you get the thing desired into contextual sense that's sufficient you'll feel a surge of lightning move through you and it lasts a moment, but the important thing to understand is that when you target this thing and you feel the lightning move through you when it becomes "real" in that sense and your body responds with the tingles you'll only like "brush" past it for a brief moment. The whole point of SATS I believe is about focusing on this until the lightning conjugates, which I KNOW is the sensation of kidney and heart qi collapsing into each other which I explored back in the earlier pages in more detail. This is the same feeling you get when you see someone very attractive and it's like you get smacked in the face with a freight train, you know the feeling. It's like lightning runs through you when you see them and it feels very intense. This is when you've done vitality cultivation. You don't feel this when you're depleted from overstimulation and wasting energy, which is also another part of my point that this won't work without vitality cultivated to be sufficient, or at least more vitality makes it much easier to reach that conjugation of water and fire. So the method is to instead of briefly brushing past it that you stabilise the brush into holding into that feeling of lightning and sit with it until you feel that you've exploded. This has been my hunch about the NG method for a long time now and I believe this is in fact what he's talking about. It's requiring current that's nourishing to be available in the circuits, which you can attain by doing all the things I talk about here. Gazing is powerful as always. being yourself and spending energy where it should be instead of compromising and feeling that sinking energy which only depletes you, feeling love and praise and compassion and gratitude for God and life is another way. Relaxing the pelvic floor and sinking the kidney qi to allow it to build and spill over like water in a cup. Those are all methods that work.
You will find that if you can hold the feeling or knowing of something to be stable while you've got that vitality present to move it through you then I believe this can have a purifying effect. I've not heard anyone talk about this before but my hypothesis now that I've been going deeper into my own work more instead of playing around with random stuff has led me to understand that this very much is the key to doing what NG says with SATS. As I've always said it's not about what we're told because that's not reliable, it's about available vitality and "stabilising" the intuitive sense of knowing something to raise that current that's in supply to "collapse" it in the conjunction of water and fire. This relates to his psychic sexual act, because the energy feels very similar, if not the same. His breathing method for all the reasons I spoke about I believe is likely the most reliable way to do this, though I will say that I actually don't recommend people to do this because it'll still likely deplete you in the end. Why? Because you're forcing things to move where they aren't being moved by God. It's the not self desires you're playing into most often and that's the thing that we want to be burning out. Now does this have a burn off effect for those things? Perhaps, but at the same time I believe it could even lead you further into not self identification at the same time. What I understand about theurgy and such and the quickenings that feel very similar too there would have to be some impacts to purification which is why the desire burns out when they collapse but that's only really because you used your energy on yourself instead of tapping into the infinite supply of power from God which is what the other methods I talk about use. It's intelligently delivered by that and you don't have to manipulate anything. It's all done for you so long as you open up for it. What NG and all the eastern stuff teaches is to force energy through you like what SATS is doing under this applied context and that CAN have a purifying effect as the alchemist has said and yet at the same time it's not always beneficial for you to do so in term of the immortality work and having current move where it needs to by the self organising intelligence of God.
So what I've also recognised is that the overflow into higher order substance formats of base elements takes TIME. I'm talking WEEKS MINIMUM. Like 2-3 weeks or so is how long it takes to even BEGIN to cultivate higher order substances, even if you do everything right. Trust me on this I've been testing this stuff for literally 6+ years now and I can guarantee that if you feel stimulated and you're assuming that feeling good is more power you're WRONG. Feeling more power is more stability. It's ANTI stimulus, but that stimulus that's lesser feels MORE intense, which is the point. I've talked about this before and the NG SATS stuff REQUIRES this to work the way he actually described it. Your tolerance for stressors at a higher order state is greater too meaning you can handle pressure more easily, and that pressure that was once outside of your ability to feel is now opened up for you to process reliably. That's the point, it's a gradual opening up of the subtle elements through burning off the stagnant stuff that shouldn't be there.
Three's over 300 NG lectures that were only transcribed and never recorded. I'm going to be here for a year going through them all.
When you imagine things that ring the heart I find it triggers the lightning the most. Stuff that's more worldly doesn't hit the same.
"Okay. So the way I teach it is that we we have the macrocosmic level and we have a microcosmic level which is us. In between those two levels, there's a level that's not really talked about much and it's actually the level that's one of the most important. So between the macrocosm and the microcosm, we have a level I refer to as the meocosm. It's the level in the middle and that is the the entire range of mind that can be accessed between the macro level and when you do when you do underworld work you're accessing that messocosmic level. But when you have shifts in consciousness, the way you experience that messocosmic level can change dramatically from one session to another. So, and even while you're in that level, you can you can there can be a thing which has a symbolic nature because it's all mine. Um, and it can, you know, it could be a rosemary bush and then all of a sudden it's not a rosemary bush. starts off that way but then it morphs into something else that has to do with um penetrating into deeper levels of the meaning inherent in the symbol. So [Music] um there's no way to say exactly like okay this is the exact meaning of going into a tree at a different place and ending up in that place. But it is um likely the result of consciousness expanding and therefore changing the nature of interior experience. At the same point, one of the ways we shift reality in the exterior because this um this field which Cindy was talking about to a certain point um is a field that gets expanded by um overlapping states of mind. So when we learn to take the conscious mind into the unconscious mind which is what we're doing when we do that interior work in that messocosmic level then the state of mind that we call subconscious expands and it's the subconscious mind that informs and creates the reality around us. It's also the same level of mind that we are essentially in when we get to the right level of trans level in that messocosmicwork. So when we go into the interior and we change things, it shifts the outside. You change little things, it shifts the outside in little ways. You change something major and the outside will have a major shift. It's the same kind of ripple from dropping a technique. Only in this instance, you're literally doing something. Which is why teaching really advanced levels of this idea is not something that just um without making sure that um safeguarding what you're doing. Uh it's not something you want to go in like a wrecking ball and just rearrange your interior world. It's not a good plan. Um but what you experience and changes that are made in the interior do literally ripple into exterior because again although we experience it as there being a separation between the interior and the exterior the reality is there really isn't one. we experience it that way because otherwise we wouldn't be able to learn what we need to learn on this level. It's what we're here for. And so there are um there's a bifurcation that keeps all the rest of the potential of everything flooding into awareness all at once. But part of what initiatory magical work is about is um uh wedging into that system to make one aspect of mind essentially work against another aspect of mind to create another expanded state. That's why the practice is designed to work the way that it works. A lot of other meditative practices, they try to get you to simply suppress thought from your mind to go directly to that void state. Except we think 50,000 thoughts a day. That's what the conscious thinking level of our mind is programmed to do. So that means in order for people that want to meditate to actually be able to meditate, they have to fight with their mind for a really long time to get to that state. Whereas using these techniques three or four times and you you're in that state. You don't have to fight with your mind anymore. The reason that is is because they use the conscious the tendency of the mind to think thoughts against itself. It changes the thought you're thinking and it's a thought that goes directly into source. So it pulls that stillness back with it when it comes. And you only have to do that a few times before you're in a completely different mental state. Um, and and if somebody has lots and lots and lots of thoughts on the conscious thinking level, it can take a little longer than, you know, three techniques, but if they just do it, they will get might take 10, 15 minutes for some people. Um, but they will end up in a different mental state. It all works together in the same way. It's just kind of working on different levels. Um, but the the state that you access when you literally go in and do that kind of inner magical work, it's stuff that you've done for a while that we haven't even gotten to in this part yet. Um you're you're accessing continually continuously deeper levels of consciousness at the level where when you make certain changes then shifts are more um naturally occur on the outside. Does that make sense? Um, so the the thing about the nature of this work is that the way that it's normally taught, it's taught in a very surfacy way. It's not taught. You're not really taught how to take that surfacy level and really go down underneath it so that you're getting to the to the actual level of consciousness where when you make changes, things shift. Um the visual sense is most always the one that's activated. The other senses are usually neglected. So when we activate other senses in that level, the experience can change dramatic. But that's all stuff that a little beyond the level of where we are now. Although a lot of you are getting ready to kind of migrate into that level, whether you're whether you knew it or not."
That's the alchemist more on manifestation. Interesting that he talked about the void state. This is where advanced gazing leads to which opens up the theurgy work to be done, and just generally accessing the more deeper aspects of this work.
"The thing about that work is it's not about, oh, there's something I really want in my exterior, so I'm going to try to go in and manipulate the interior. That's not what I'm talking about. But we all have um shadow places, things that are actually dysfunctions in our system that we might not have even been conscious of. And part of doing inner work is that when you encounter that, you interact with it to to consciously ascertain what you need to do to change the state of that thing so that it's no longer a dysfunction. And so it's not just a going in and visualizing that you're going to change, you know, this thing into that thing. That's not really what I mean. But by um first of all figuring out what it is and what it truly relates to and um ascertaining what it needs in order to not be dysfunctional and then you implement those changes. The nature of that thing then changes and shows you accordingly in the interior. It doesn't appear the way that it appeared before because its nature has been shifted. When you do that, the world around you shifts because that thing is no longer in there doing what it was doing before."
You see the thing about the NG stuff is that he was experiencing these changes unfold through him and the visions and all that were basically results of the shifts taking place from him being himself. He applied himself in the direction he knew was necessary and it unfolded his components to result in what played out. He's now telling us without giving us context that we need to imagine differently to change things, but that's the issue because there's so many variables that simply "imagination creates reality" will be TOTALLY misinterpreted and missing ALL the nuance as to how and why and all that context we've explored here. There's way more to it than just the belief, which belief is a part of course but not all there is. To me the NG stuff really is mostly preached under the context of bypassing transforming what's necessary, or at least that's how it's explained and most people assume it to be based on what they read without understanding the greater context which is the biggest issue with his work.
What the alchemist has taught (which if you understand the principles underlying any form of "therapy" you'll find the same things) is that you interact with the intelligences that are personification of disproportionate circuits to nourish them and open them up so correct unfolding in that associated channel can play out and since your circuits are microcosmically representative of all the elements in reality then you'll have an impact on those levels that thing represented.
"The the more you call those things from your system, the more you go back towards a position that could be labeled as more innocent. not um naive, not you know pedantic or childlike but simply more pure. So that the more that happens the more you find um even the simplest things um they become kind of amazing at a certain point of view. Not all the time. You don't walk around in the crazy state, but you'll find that when you do sit down and do practice and consciousness expands more that the the carryover from it lasts longer. You be sitting outside and all of a sudden the trees look so much greener than they did just previously and um the sky looks so much bluer than it did. And um you know uh you you don't feel nonsparate like you you didn't realize that you felt separate until all of the sudden you didn't feel separate."
This is exactly what I mean by talking about the attitude NG had with this "wonderful" view to everything. That is because he was able to experience it. Most people ARE NOT THERE, and it takes a LONG time to get to that level. It's all about clearing what's not self to allow what is self to come forward. That's what I mean by what I said earlier today too. The same experience of being more sensitive to less stimulus and attaining more out of it. You have more vitality. This is why I have said over and over that vitality is a BIG part of the process, because on the psychological level vitality is what supplies that view to come through us and it cannot be forced. With all the NG stuff about feeling good it should be done under the context of allowing yourself to not cope but clear to open up a new baseline of nourishment where then naturally a better feeling state can exist. Feeling more with less is the most powerful point. People who are successful with this live in that place. Living from a more innocent view, not getting triggered at stuff unnecessarily, seeing the light in people instead of the death in a vacuum, all that stuff ties into this point. When I explored seedline doctrine I felt EXTREMELY heavy and the contrast coming out of that exploration was INSANE. It was another world almost. There was a ton of truth revealed under that environment but the heaviness was incalculable. Clearing that charge and seeing the truth for what it is without having the reaction is a massive shift. That's the thing though, going through these things gives us the UNDERSTANDING to see them for what they are and thus we know truth without being moved by it.
NG is almost telling people to just expand into this, without giving them the tools to give themselves that baseline to enable his methods to actually work reliably. Having a more innocent view is what I've been really trying to say this whole time with the effect of feeling that "raised" feeling, not an emotionally high feeling but just a steady state where there's more abundance even without it being there. This CANNOT BE FAKED, and yet all the LOA stuff tells us basically to fake it, when faking it ONLY MAKES IT WORSE and leads to peak dips because you're layering over the top of the trash that's under the surface needing attention causing the depletion to begin with. This is the PRIMARY issue with LOA stuff, expecting people to live at baseline in a more elevated state and focusing on the desire as the solution when a vast majority of the time that's never the reliable solution at all. Clearing compromise patterns physically where available is really the most reliable way to cultivate this more stable current, because it's meaningful and nourishing to you where you'll not be spending energy incorrectly and that vitality can then go to opening up the subtle to be available. That is what I have experienced over this time the most. The psychological stuff is just one level. I'm going to argue that this whole imagination creates reality idea that NG preaches IS THE MOST CONTRASTING STATEMENT EVER MADE, because his language can be interpreted in SO many different ways and leads people to assume that it's ALL in their mind which is where the mind magic stuff comes from, which I'll still argue IS what he taught based on pretty much everything he wrote and talked about. Living in that more abundant state and having his kind of attitude is the point at which what he says can begin to open up for you, and it will be automatic anyway because being yourself opens up that more innocent view through clearing not self stuff out of the way of that view to come through you. That's what everybody misses.
I will say that lusting for anything in the world will very likely cause you to deplete energy. Any time you feel that "lightning" feeling as in an idea that's highly stimulating you want like an object or money or a person or some experience that would feel good, I find that these while tempting to buy into will almost invariably cause depletion of kidney and heart qi which depletes the available current for natural striving to unfold through.
"Um there can be something that you've just been used to your whole life and you just didn't realize that it was a thing until you at some point become aware that it's gone and that you don't feel it anymore. And then you'll look back and realize that that thing that you were just used to must relate to this thing over here that was done that you didn't realize was manifesting like this over here. And it was subtle enough that you don't always just instantaneously notice. Um and and there are so many patterns and programs and complexes that we take on from early childhood into adulthood that we're just so acclimated to, we don't realize how dysfunctional we really are. Even on a even for a a normal what what psychology would call a normal functioning human being, we don't realize how dysfunctional we are until we look back and realize that we're not doing that or we're not feeling that thing that we didn't realize we were feeling until it was gone."
Yeah that's what I've known for a long time, but touching on that stuff just requires you to do the work over time and allow it to gradually transform. This isn't about attaining things in the world, it's about becoming the world within yourself so that you already have everything in the world anyway.
"But that doesn't um you can go through all of the understanding and all of the accepting and the forgiving and all of those things that you kind of have to work your way through in order to clear things. But that doesn't necessarily clear the baseline of that thing that exists in your psyche. uh you just feel like you made peace with it. You accepted it. And you accept that the people that were doing those things didn't know any better because they too were functioning from screwed up patterns and programs and complexes that they probably inherited from wherever they got them from. And it just got passed along. And even as a child, I knew that um I knew my stepfather was the way he was because his father was the way he was. And I knew as a five-year-old, I knew that this was the pattern I was conscious of. I knew what was coming. I couldn't do anything about it. I just got to go along for the ride. And that basically existed until I was about 13 years old. The core formative years of a person, I essentially lived in various states of terror. And I'm not exaggerating. Um I'm not prone to exaggerate but the thing is as I also see now that was an important thing for me to go through. It was important for me to go through that so that I can be absolutely consciously aware of what other people who have had to go through those things have actually gone through so I can be useful to them. That doesn't change the fact that I still have to clear all of this stuff out of my nervous system, out of patterns and programs and complexes. And even it it was in my mid30s where I became more clearly aware, more acutely aware of the fact that I was still carrying things um that were fear-based that I didn't realize I was carrying uh until I had a relationship with a person in spite of their many flaws um who actually somehow triggered something in me that made me feel safe. I didn't realize until that moment that I lived my whole life and I didn't know what safe felt like until that person gave me that gift. That was pretty much the only gift. But I was then able to become aware of the fact that I was living in a condition that was not [Music] um that that was that I had just acclimated to a certain baseline of essentially living in fear was a constant baseline for me until I was in my mid30s. And the only reason I became aware of it was because of shifting into a space where that no longer existed and I could perceive the difference consciously. Then I became aware that that was something in my psyche that had been so ingrained that I was never aware of it. So there are levels to these things and just because we've dealt with stuff and acknowledged it, it doesn't mean that they're not still coloring our reality. And even though I can acknowledge that now I'm aware of that and and most of that is gone. There are still things that I'm aware of much smaller patterns and programs. I'm consciously aware of them now. I don't allow them to control me or color my reality in in the ways that they were obviously doing it before. Uh and over time the rest of that will get cleared. But we have a whole like zoo full of that stuff in our psyche from when we were little all the way through life and things that we pick up that we don't realize are patterns and programs and complexes. And the thing is is that you don't even realize that they're there until they get triggered. And that's why you'll see people who seem perfectly normal and then something will happen. Then all of a sudden they're they're just weird. And it's because that pattern has been triggered. And once it gets triggered, it's going to run until it runs its course and then it'll stop and then that person seems to be back to normal again. And that's because there's a pattern or a program in there that got triggered. And these things all relate to the ideas uh and these these are little micro things in the psyche but on a macro level the same things exist within our psyche in a much bigger way. And that's when I talk about bringing down the bars of the soul cage. It's the same idea but it's on a much bigger level."
Interesting words. He's saying what we all experience when doing the LOA stuff when we feel all magical in our little fantasy bubble and then out in the world we get thrown into the dip. The huge contrast, like the alchemist in his relationship with his person and how he felt safe around them and then that all vanished when they weren't there. That's what this is like when we do these manifesting methods and then wake up and that's all gone like it never happened, and you get triggered over nothing. The reason why is not because you're not persisting, it's because you never actually did anything useful to shift the baseline and all the LOA trash is all focused on temporary pleasure which never resolves anything that's necessary. People still compromise living in the old patterns not knowing the difference, which is why allowing yourself to be vulnerable following natural striving in the world to break boxes under pressure is a powerful way to actually clear these things on a deeper level because you're learning to integrate what you can't otherwise feel through in the virtual.
"But um at the same time the experiences that we have we have for a reason. We have them because in the future we need them even if we don't like what they were because we can't see our purpose in the future. And but in order to be able to do that purpose, the powers of the be have to mold us to and to be able to get to the point where we've had the experiences to do that purpose. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt every single experience that's been major in my life that I've needed that that I've had was something I needed to have in order to be able to do my job in the future. I've known that for a long time. And that that's the good, the bad, and the ugly, you know. Um, and there's far more good than bad and ugly, but the bad and the ugly is what colors reality more than everything else unless we learn how to clear it. So, uh, the tools that I I teach are um really good at clearing that stuff out without having to dig in it. And there's there's there's no economy in digging in crap to know what it is. It's crap. It's just stuff that needs to be cleared out. And as if we make our stress special, then it just has a stronger root. So we have to experience it, accept it, and in a sense almost become grateful for it because it's part of what gives us experiences we need to have for reasons that we don't necessarily um profess to be fully conscious of. But I can look back and see how those things all fit together."
The spirit within - Neville Goddard lecture - 1968
"Satan, for instance, personifies the state of complete unbelief. In the state of Satan you cannot accept a thing as real unless you can touch it or see it. Blake tells us: “Satan believes that sin is displeasing to God. He ought to know that nothing displeases God but unbelief and eating of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. The Combat of Good and Evil is eating of the Tree of Knowledge. The Combat of Truth and Error is Eating of the Tree of Life. These are not only Universal, but Particular. Each are Personified.” Here he speaks of Satan as an eternal state into which anyone may fall when a state is denied because it is not in harmony with the outer senses."
More scripture in NG's words.
"But every mystic worthy of the name knows that a true judgment need not conform to the external facts to which it relates. If I say: “Aren’t they beautiful?” and you see nothing, you may not agree. That is because you are not seeing what I AM. I may be seeing a dozen red roses in a crystal vase which has been placed on a corner table in my living room. Now, to the degree that I am self-persuaded they are there, their appearance will become a fact. This I know from experience, so I know that a true judgment need not conform to the external facts to which it relates. Satan insists that it must, but truth (called Jesus Christ) tells us that it need not be so."
So he calls Christ "truth". Truth is gnosis, an inner knowing, without knowing, intuitive sense, and on another level subtle sense perception to reveal that.
"No one would ever agree with another as to what is right and what is wrong, for we all have different values. What is right to one is wrong to another. We came down into the world of death because we ate of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, and we are told that the only thing that displeases God is the eating of that tree, and unbelief. If you think another is the cause of your misfortune, you are sinning and missing your mark in life. There is only one cause for all of the phenomena of your life, and that is God, whose eternal name is I AM. When you really believe this, you will not deny the harvest you are reaping. It may be unpleasant, but you will know that it couldn’t happen unless you sowed it, so accept your harvest and then plant something lovely in its place. Never deny that one and only cause, which is your own wonderful human imagination!"
There's that planting seeds idea again. I find it rare that he talks about that in his later lectures but it's still there. I've not heard any subconscious impression yet.
"The body you wash and care for on the outside is the Elijah of the Old Testament and the John the Baptist of the New. Coming into the world by assuming a garment of hair, man has made every effort to attain salvation by physical means, like doing violence against its appetite. For seven years I went on a starvation diet of vegetables only and I grew thinner and thinner and weaker and weaker. I was young and virile. I desired everything that a normal man would, yet I went on a diet of celibacy and had nightmares with my suppressions, wondering why they were happening to me when I was trying to be such a holy man. Ab once told me that I was so good, I was good for nothing. That’s John the Baptist, the outer man, who must be restrained and beheaded before Christ can come into the world. This I know from experience, for I certainly didn’t expect him. I went to sleep in my normal manner, not knowing that in the wee hours of the morning He would erupt in me, but he did, for I awoke to find myself in a tomb which was my skull. Then, in 1,260 days, everything said of Jesus Christ unfolded in me in a first person singular, present tense experience, just as told us in the Book of Daniel and confirmed in the Book of Revelation."
NG and his insane idea of following scripture to be vegetarian and be celibate. What a load of nonsense that's not scriptural physically at all. You can eat meats and have plenty if intimacy with your marriage partner if you want. His idea was insane. No wonder he had nightmares, because he was actually starving himself. Then again perhaps he went through that for a purpose, to reveal the contrast in his life, like me and my suffering that destroyed my vitality so badly.
"Now, in order to prove that the law works, you must try it. Have a goal. Your goal may be peace of mind, health or marriage. You name it. Knowing your own wonderful human imagination is the one and only cause of your life, conceive a scene which, if true, would imply the fulfillment of your goal. Do not allow yourself to observe the action, but put yourself in the center of the scene and allow your friends to congratulate you on your good fortune. Accept their congratulations without embarrassment. Enter into the spirit of the scene and remain there until it feels real, then drop it in confidence that the imaginal act was performed by God. How do I know this? Because God’s name forever and ever is I AM. If at the time of your imagining I had asked you what you were doing, you would have said: “I AM imagining.” At that moment you called forth your desire with His name."
Here's more of the "law" playing out. I really want to ask the alchemist what he thinks about the so called law, because I simply see it as the mechanics of reality alchemically speaking. I find it interesting that he mentioned to accept their congratulations without embarrassment. Why would he say that if he's not trying to lead you into an acceptance of feeling more valuable than you are, to drop off what's not self. You see I find these threads all through his expiations, like we heard before about when he said how the past doesn't matter and that you also don't need to ask for permission. He's going over conditions that commonly show up with people telling them those conditions don't matter. He's playing mind games with people to get them to let go. How else could it work. The alchemist has made clear that it's all a letting go process, and that's obviously clear when reading the transcripts of these lectures. Then lastly he tells us to drop the scene with confidence that it was done by God, which as we discussed above with he examples the alchemist made is next to impossible if your baseline is one of depletion.
"Every time you imagine, God is acting and all things are possible to him. All you need to do now is wait patiently, confident that your desire will externalize itself, and when it does you have found the cause of creation. Then tell your sleeping brothers, who wait patiently for their world to change while they activate its continuance. Nothing happens on the outside! Everything has to be initiated on the inside first. Read the morning paper, turn on the television or radio, and react to what you hear and see, and that reaction is an imaginal act which will cause unlovely experiences to people your world. As you reap your harvest, you may not relate your present experience to what you did, but you had to have done it or you couldn’t be aware of it now, for everything is yourself pushed out, for you and God are one."
All we need to do is wait, apparently it doesn't matter what we think. Confidence comes and goes Neville how can someone who's stuck in patterns have confidence, and even I had confidence when trying it for a while and nothing happened and then I lost confidence when nothing showed up. It was the patterns of lack showing up, which the SATS scene never fulfilled. Manifesting desires is stupid and a waste of time if you're stuck. You peak and then you dip, and do it over again and it sucks. Then he says that our reaction to what we see on the TV or read in the paper is an imaginal act (which means you don't need to go deep into a distanced state to manifest according to this example and many others I've quoted him saying before) which he says will then cause experiences in the world. So if the reaction is caused by not self patterns then wouldn't it be better if we approached the fulfilment of those patterns, as though we're truly beyond them and that they don't cause us to react in the first place? NG did say in a prior lecture that the very reaction itself is a bad thing. He said you cannot react, remember.
That's all for this lecture. Not much to go over. I feel like I've already gotten enough out of his lectures in the 2 or so pages I've dedicated to this work.
"Well, so there's it all it's all built on consciousness and how you use the consciousness from a conscious thinking level. So um within our practices we have both the transcendent and the imminent. So um most of the practices we would consider whether it's uh a movement that we perceive as vertical or horizontal those are all basically in the category of upward current. So those are more um uh you can call them um that's more uh spirit level. It's more [Music] um more about um expanding and raising. Whereas when you do inner magical work while there are you know oranic levels which would be that upward level um overworld versus underworld kind of idea in the beginning we do most of that work in the underworld. So we're taking that same ball of consciousness and we're directing our consciousness in a in a downward current rather than upward current so that we can go into those trance levels and do underworld work. So it depends on how we are choosing to direct the activities that we're using our consciousness for. Whether we um feel the downward sinking in consciousness moving into deeper levels or whether we're doing a practice that takes our core awareness and expands the levels. We do both. We just don't do them at the same time. yet when I tell you guys to go into the underworld and do ascension, that's going to be an interesting experience, but I don't want to get like too ahead of that. So, um, basically, it's it's it's starting from here and doing some work this way and then we start from here and we do some work this way and that eventually results in all of this. you know, it's a much bigger ball of stuff to work with. Um, so does that help clarify? Um, the funny thing is is that it's not it's not that what do I say? I haven't really given you guys framework for too much of what I'm about to say, but um the way that I teach it, the way that I put it all into framework is that there's a macrocosm and there's a microcosm. We're the microcosm and there's a macrocosm. And in between those two levels is a level that's really never given a name. And I call that the mesocosm. It's the mesocosmin the middle. And that's all mind level. And within that mind level are all of the the ethers, the levels of reality. Whether those levels of reality are part of the overworld, which we mostly refer to as the spirit realm, the solar realm, or the underworld, which we refer to as the soul realm or the lunar realm. That's all in this big strata that's meoc. The most effective way to get deeper within the mesoc is to go down in the underworld. Even if initially our goal is really to do overworld work, we still end up going through the underworld to get there because the way you get into the whole mecosm is the world. So, it's an entirely different way of looking at the cosmology of the entire map of the whole tool set and all the things that can be done and the most effective way to get there. So, it's kind of hard to explain it without being overly linear even though it's really not a linear thing. So we enter from this level the surface world level which is which is a kind of a messcosm but it's still surface world level and we enter mentally into that messosmic state and then from there we can go to all these other levels and they have their own reality. They're not just in your head. In the beginning the work that you do is to access the realm of your own psyche. which is far bigger than most people realize. And then by doing that work on that level, you gain doorways into a macro level where they're where you're literally no longer exploring things that are just your psyche. You're exploring other levels of worlds that exist in their own right outside of your psyche. So it's levels upon levels. This work is just like it's like taking a rubber band that's really tight and just giving it some good workouts so that when you do try to expand it as far as it can go, you don't just snap it, you know, because if you just take one that's that's tight and you try to stretch it too far, you're just going to break it. So, you have to give it some some workout to make it more pliant so it'll do what you want it to do. And that's really what all these exercises are. We're taking our consciousness and we're learning to move it in different ways and do different things at different levels and catalyse all kinds of things into gear so that they all facilitate this total thing of being able to take this consciousness and move it into other worlds or other levels of existence, however you want to say it, for the work that can be done there that then shifts consciousness, which then shifts our reality, which is what magic is all about. Um, so yeah, that's short of having a diagram. I don't know, me going like this might not be super helpful, but um, that's the, uh, that's the basic nuts and bolts of it."
That's the alchemist more on the mesocosm and other stuff. When you hear NG talk about seeing people in other worlds and all this, he's accessing different degrees of subtlety. Also notice how the alchemist said that in order to access the overworld with the solar body that you need to go through the underworld. That's because you need to clear not self stuff first. He also said that the point of the early work such as gazing and such is that you're learning to access different functions of your capacities and experience them to know how to navigate with them. The alchemist told me that doing certain methods such as the lords prayer is there to be able to navigate in other worlds, so they have purpose other than just needless stuff to keep you busy.
20/5/25
I'm just going to post the entire talk here instead of just sections which includes multiple subjects from the alchemist because it's all interesting stuff. This is all just auto voice to text to it's going to have wonky stuff in it but I'm sure you can read around that.
(ON THE HIGHER GENIUS) "And based on ripeness as a factor, if if you're not that ripe for that to happen, then it comes about as a result of purposeful magical work. So the intelligences that you learn to interface with ultimately are all aspects of the higher genius. It's whether or not you're consciously aware of that that makes a contributing difference. Um so those types of things can naturally come about being catalysed by these things as a matter of ripeness if somebody is already pretty close which is impossible to determine. Um and if not it will still accelerate things in the right direction. And then the rest of that is done through you know magical evocational practice by my experience thus far. Um you know there may be people the thing is is unless somebody's gone through training to really um to the best of conscious ability that a person can develop to to know um whether or not the entity that they're talking to is really what it's supposed to be. Then that leaves a lot of gray area. With the initiatory magical work, it doesn't leave a lot of gray area because the things that we do are very purposeful and it's difficult for other things to get in the way as a result of that. as opposed to ripeness just happening and all of a sudden somebody's having a conversation with something. That is typically legitimate in terms of the fact that it could happen that way. But a lot of times what someone ends up talking to is just an aspect of their own psyche. Um masquerading as something because it's bored or some other kind of an intelligence masquerading as something because it's bored. And if a person isn't really trained to be able to discern the difference, then it becomes very difficult to um gauge whether that is or is not what's actually happening. Mine will yell at me every now and then. And then doesn't necessarily answer me back when I say what. I just be I was just laying on the couch and it just hollered my name and I'm like sat upright and I'm like what? That was it. It just it was like it was like testing the cable or something just to see, you know, if it still worked. I don't know. Um I I receive a lot and I give gratitude a lot, but I don't really ask it a lot of questions because everything is so kind of in the flow. Even when it's tedious and annoying, it's just like crap I have to get done, it's still in the flow because it's part of the plan. that's overall part of the flow. So, I don't really ask it for a whole lot and it seems to just give me what I need to know when I need to know it. I don't believe those are allegorical."
(ON ST GERMAIN) "I mean, some of them may be in the instance of St. Germaine. I don't believe that at all. I believe that that was full true historical. Um and uh when you when you know the behavior of particular substances and then you read in the stories of things that have been recounted about things that he did and that those substances behave in those instances the same way that they would behave. it's difficult to discount it entirely and uh there's a lot of um I think a lot of misguided information in relation to St. Germaine. People have, you know, grafted onto him and stuck him in that whole ascended with Kathumi and whoever else they've squished in there. You know how I feel about channelneled stuff. Um, but in the instance of St. Germaine, I do believe that he was a real historical person and that he did have full possession of the stone and therefore capable of doing all kinds of things. And there's a lot of speculation about his origins and such, but I did find one really good um uh explanation done by a researcher that really seemed to have done pretty good work uh homework and and it makes a lot more sense. So the his origin was essentially that his father was somewhat of titled nobility in um uh the region in or around what we call Transylvania somewhere in the Carpathian Mountains. And um he had uh two brothers. And apparently at this time the uh the nobilities in the regions were expected to pay homage on a certain level to the Turks or whatever. you know, the Turks had conquered a lot of turf and that was the way that the the systems worked. So, while they were nobles, they were really kind of nobles that had been truly disenfranchised from their power, but they were allowed to be figureheads and continue doing as long as they cooperated. Well, at that time, um, his brother was the one apparently running the show and he was off studying supposedly with, um, the Medajis in in Italy. So while he was off doing that, his brother apparently decided to resist the Turks and then was promptly smacked down as a result of it. And in order to ensure that they no longer had claims, they were forced to renounce their noble titles. And in doing that they um took the name Sus. So his other brothers took their names and then he became sus Germanis which is where we get St. Germaine from but that was not originally his birth name. The sus is something that they were allowed to adopt as nomenclature in lie of noble title but not yet still be noble title. So stories of him having having no um noble heritage are I think true, but that is the only accounting of it that I've read or found in my digging that made sense of why he used the name that he used and how it acknowledges his actual nobility and also where he learned alchemy. Um, so, um, and I have long, even before I found that accounting, I knew that there was a a connection between St. Germaine and that Transennsylvania area, but I could never really put my finger on what it was. And when I found that, then it all synced up and it made sense. So, I do think that he was a real true historical person. who did attain the stone and could therefore do many great things and whether he's still alive or not I don't know but there is supposed to be a grave for him of course alchemists were really good at faking their deaths so if I were him I probably would have done the same thing so we don't really know Sophia is a is [Music] um is basically a written down version of interior work. What that is uh it's not it's not explicitly stated but if you know what it is then that's what it is. So um it's a way of doing inner work. Um and so I think that that is a legitimate manuscript. other stuff attributed to him. I'm not so sure."
(ON ASCENDED MASTERS) "Well, I think to a certain degree, you can look at it as graduation. They go on to a whole another whole new class. So, but here's the thing though. There there's levels just like there's levels of illumination. And um just because someone achieves the making of the stone doesn't mean that they have fully united with their higher genius and achieved the stellar body themselves. Because even if you've done the work to achieve the stone, you don't get to complete the union with your higher genius unless your higher genius is in agreement with that at that time. If it's not, you don't really get to do that. And if it's not, it's because there's something else that you need to do for your purpose. So, everyone is different in that regard. When somebody gets to that level, um it is basic. Um and the thing is is a lot of times when for the most part when people do get to that level, they don't really come back and tell us anything. So, we're left a little bit on the quest groping in the dark to some degree in terms of some of these things, but it does stand to reason that because achieving that stellar body is literally shifting into a higher level of evolution that once we attain that, we may there may be reasons why we're not allowed to come back and interfere with things. um for whatever those reasons are. So um I'm only left with really, you know, educated hypothesis in terms of that. I think that some people that attained this stone did not um necessarily complete a full transition into stellar body in the same incarnation in which they attained the stone. Mhm. Some people obtained it by stealing it, which means they probably died as a result of overdosing from taking it and not knowing what they were doing, which kind of serves them right for stealing it in the first place. Um, and then other people didn't steal it, but they found it and did equally dumb things with it. Um, and so, you know, we're only left with the stories that really accord with understanding particular functions that happen in alchemy and then seeing which ones line up and which ones don't. Um, for me, St. Germaine lines up. Uh and um the the things, you know, part of that body of information is things that are, you know, their official records and royal houses of things that happened that had plenty of witnesses and people writing them down, you know, like you can't totally dismiss St. U because there is too much historical record in a kind of a wide range of places other people there's not so much um and obviously there are the the adepts that wrote the texts that left us the instructions some far clearer than others um were able to attain the stone. So what they did with it after that though they didn't really leave a record of that in terms of what they chose to do. Um so um the the ability to transcend your body though comes far before attaining you know the the full stellar body otherwise we wouldn't be able to do it. So, um I think it's just a higher octave and I'm very conscious of the fact that, you know, we come here on this level on Earth is really pretty much a university. Um most people aren't paying attention to that, but they're in class nonetheless. So eventually um when they become conscious enough to do something about it then they'll begin that a sense back to uh their higher integration with their higher nature. So in between then there's just a really messy playground with lots of people and way too many toys and too many shiny distractions. But that's the world we're in."
(ON THAUMATURGY) "So well the the ability to do those things should develop kind of as a side effect of doing real the work not trying to go the other way around. But at the same time, most people enter magical work in some degree first by the ideas of things that are because that is what's most prevalently available to run into. Most people don't begin their magical career straight out the gate with the do are very fortunate. People come to the um through the channel of having been exposed to some form of practice that relurgy and then they realize at some point hey there's a lot more to this and you know that's not really worthwhile what this is and they find their way but you know everybody has to kind of pay their dues somehow. is really different forms of magical operation that are essentially designed to manipulate something to get something that you want through um evocation of spirits to have them do things for you or other forms of sympathetic magic that are really just about trying to manipulate something. And it's not always a bad thing, but it's still it is a form of manipulation. The G is higher initiatory work where we are attempting to dismantle a soul cage and reintegrate aspects of our being so that we can evolve to higher levels of consciousness. So theergy is a proactive engagement in the acceleration of evolution on a conscious level. So, but a lot of people, you know, they they um and the and the people that are drawn into thr stuff, a lot of times they're they're of a younger generation. They're they're a lot younger. And so, that's what they that's where they kind of find their way into the whole magical corpus. And as they grow up, you know, they go from adolescence to adults. If they still held an interest in magic, many of will get to the point where they realize, ah, there's a whole another thing. And the thing is is that inside all of those magical fraternities, the the operation that's held to be pinnacle of that level of work being the operation of Abramelon, which is a process of um opening up to integrate with the higher genius for knowledge and conversation. Um, while that is held up to be the pinnacle of a lot of the traditions that exist, I call them traditions because they call themselves traditions even though many of them kind of call themselves that straight out the gate. Um, those things are uh it's kind of like they miss the forest for the trees in that it's held out that oh, that's something you do way down the road. Um, and then they kind of lose track of it. And because a lot of those lodges hold that out as a thing to do, many of the people doing that work never actually really get to that process. And so it just becomes this carrot and a stick that gets dangled in front of people that um uh and then most of the people that are in those groups just don't really get to have true magical experience in that regard. So again, they don't really know any better."
You can see with his talk on thaumaturgy it's about interacting with powers to get stuff and manipulate. I have wondered that the NG stuff is playing into that, because any time you feel lightning sensations it's going to be interacting with powers of some form, be it parts of your own field geometry or something else. I believe that the whole visualisation stuff and whatnot is a heavily watered down and simplified method to interface with invisible stuff that most people don't even know they're touching on, as I've thought for a long time, though often I believe it's parts of your own being of course and not external stuff. From what I understand about thaumaturgy is that you'll be calling powers to come THROUGH you for a specific purpose and simply the act of evocation in and of itself forces lightning to basically seer an imprint of a theamtic pattern into your psyche which will run its course and thus manifest the outcome, though at the same time that will either have a burn off effect of not self stuff (usually not because it's the not self wanting it usually) or it will actually be purifying, though having too much too fast at once can cause fragmentation as the alchemist has spoken about and why he doesn't allow anyone who's not able to handle that amount of current access to evocation methods. I can't even get there and he's told me "you're not ready for that". So.
"So um due to the pernitious influence of philosophy and turning everything into little diagrams that don't really exist, we have a lot of things that are laid out in ways that are not really how it is. So astral just means the mind. Astral and mental are the same thing. Are there are lots of different levels that exist in mental? There's all kinds of places in that realm. So yes, but astral means mind. So most of the time when um people are talking about astral projection, they are talking about the projection of the mind, which is a totally different thing from the separation of the atheric body. But there's gray areas where that stuff gets all mixed up because nobody really knows the delineations of them. And because one can project consciousness and then mentally create a body for themselves while they're in certain mental levels. Um the idea has come out that that we have to build the magical body. That's not really true because we already have those bodies. So the thing is is that we're not conscious of them because we don't run enough amperage from the luminatory force through our body for those other sub bodies to really be kicked into a higher state of functioning. So of laying in there like um housery that it's not being worn. I mean it's there but it's not really being used. Um and on the level of consciousness in which each of those bodies exists, it has its own existence outside of your awareness in those levels of consciousness. So part of this work is learning to become conscious of what those levels are and what's going on in those levels and integrating them all into one thing. You have to do is become conscious of them and then purify them and then work long process. But the theosists were real big on making sevens into everything. Um, and different cosmologies within different um, approaches, different mystery systems had different ways of looking at things. They would have places where, you know, the the version from this set of mysteries overlaps in weird ways with the other ones, but then other places it doesn't line up. And from our point of view, we have an earth body, a lunar body, and a solar body, which is the physical body, the soul body, and the spirit body. And all three of those bodies at some point must be made into the stellar body. That is the most alchemically pure and magically aligned way of looking at it from both magic and practical alchemy in a way that totally lines up. Um, so we don't pull a lot from any of those other places because I don't find any of those ideas to be helpful or useful or do anything other than cause confusion where there doesn't need to be. Um now at the soul level we do have two polarities because the soul level has is is binary. It has a fixed soul and a volatile soul. The etheric body is more akin to actually the fixed level of soul which is related to the secret salt in alchemy. So, uh, it relates to an entirely different level of consciousness. But even then, being able to separate it and label it is really kind of um unnecessary because it doesn't really lead to any useful um context. So whether it's one or the other doesn't really matter. The point is that you have a part of the soul that's fixed and a part of the soul that's volatile. And that's one of the reasons why you can leave the body and the body still be fine because part of the soul stays there in it while the other part is out rolling around. And why is that important? It's because the soul is what binds the spirit to the body. So spirit animates, but the soul binds the spirit. So if the soul were completely removed from the body, that's a state we call death. Then the spirit is gone and that's what we have. So we wouldn't be able to function that way as far as what we're capable of doing if that is what would happen. Which is why there is no issue with projecting from the body that way. Um the the version of which is which according to what ideology you look at it from has a somewhat subject of debate here and there. But either way there's really no bottom line practicality in obsessing over that particular function. It's just something that we have the capacity to do. So yeah, there we are."
This is the alchemist on the so called astral body.
I just keep having insane 3rd eye pulses every day lately. It's happening spontaneously and they're more frequent. Ever since I started spending more than 2 hours doing gazing, it's opened up more. This tapping into the subtle at baseline and also doing more of the advanced divine pathway work that I've not talked about here yet relating to moving the spatial sense in other ways has I believe also opened it up. From what I can gather. the more you "exercise" the subtle senses the more they come online. It's like working out, subtle sense hypertrophy. Also I've noticed my physical vitality is improving more too, like I can be physically active and break new records much easier. 10 minute planks anyone? As I write this my 3rd eye is pulsing and tickling again. I really don't like the 3rd eye term, because it's related to chakras which the alchemist explained as not what most people think, but it's the best term I've got. Sometimes it's like deep in my head like the feeling of the pineal gland or whatever other gland doing stuff and then there's also the ticking sensation on the surface of my head that I remember getting allll the time way back in 2015 when I started this out. I had that happening A LOT and it would be extremely intense at times to the point where I'd have flashes of light in my vision that would almost blind me. No it wasn't eye issues it was things opening up. I'd have flashes and then be moved into this dark space for a while and then that would fade back to normal. Sometimes the pulses are like VERY powerful "pops" like a literal bubble popping on the surface of my head where the 3rd eye is and it's just happening more and more often. I noticed this picking up back when I was going through seedline doctrine on the regular and now it's like 2-3 times or more a day minimum. Happens almost every time I do advanced gazing.
Thinking of teaching about the "raising" method I've talked about before that I use to amplify vitality. This is similar to what the alchemist teaches with one of his methods too.
I also want to say that physical limit pushing and eating well are less important than regularly gazing to open up these subtle senses, in my experience, though they do and will matter at certain levels. I'd say that the most important variable is from my experience having a more distanced state at baseline, and viewing reality from that "bright" kind of view like how NG had, or along that spectrum at least. It sounds like it shouldn't matter but I have experienced this before and that rising sensation ties into it, because it exalts the sun which is how you really to tap into the invisible vitality. Physically speaking limit pushing can and will benefit but I find that the benefits it has are almost dependent on the degree to which you're not overstimulating yourself and buying into not self stories and compromising. If you're heavily compromising then the benefits of that for the purposes of opening the subtle senses will be minimal. I've done all kinds of different diets too, and if you're heavily depleted on qi and coherent source of yang then eating low carb will likely destroy you, despite what most think in those communities. My experience of having been years on that is that if you're living compromised lives then it will NOT help and likely cause MORE stagnation, because it is a very dense and heavy dietary intake protocol which is good IF you've able to catalyse those into useful and integrative substances instead of just having all that density go to causing more stagnation and dampness. It's not even about digestion but simply the quality of the flow of vitality, qi mostly, and if that's depleted and stagnate then you'll very likely and up with water and fire issues. It certainly didn't help my liver issues I had before which caused me a lot of pain and suffering, where on one hand it helped and on another hand it was bad. Point is that overstimulation of the physical senses and being pulled into the objective reality as all you focus on will very likely ruin your qi over time, having been there done that it's not fun. Your physical structure gets broken down too, meaning your beauty is also ruined. Beauty comes from being well nourished, instead of dark and dead looking. Qi contributes to this, as a product unfolding of Jing, though if you're holding onto all kinds of not self stuff then more Jing will not help you. It will arguably only make things worse. That's why I say that for many people raising current will help the most, because that upward and expanding format of energy as the alchemist says will clear out root stresses and allow you to tune into the more subtle states at baseline over time. This is what I've been experiencing even before I met the alchemist back in 2015 who only really confirmed to me this experience, so take it as I say and apply it seriously.
The bible your biography - Neville Goddard - 1963
I'm going to simply quote him on a bunch of stuff here and do minimal commentary.
"Now we turn to the Book of Books. You can’t read it by saying: well, I opened the book and read from Genesis to Revelation. There are sixty-six books in what we call the Bible. It’s a library. The Old Testament is something you almost can’t believe . . certainly not with sense . . without the key given us in the New. The New is completely hidden in the Old and the Old is made manifest in the New. So we turn to the first book, the book of beginning, the Book of Genesis and . . listen carefully . . we are dealing with a mystery. When I speak of a mystery I am not speaking of a matter that must be kept secret, but a truth that is mysterious in character. And the Book of Genesis has a strange reversal of order right through it: “The first shall be last and the last first.” This reversal of order begins right in the very beginning.
Let us see what is first stated in the book. “In the beginning God” . . that is the beginning. The end of the book: “In a coffin in Egypt.” “In the beginning God . . in a coffin in Egypt.” And the one placed in a coffin is man. Then [he] was called Joseph, and Joseph died. He was 110 years old and he was embalmed and placed in a coffin in Egypt. So here we find the beginning and the end. “I AM the beginning and the end. The alpha and omega, the first and the last.”
Let us see how the thing unfolds for us. In the first chapter, God’s purpose is stated: “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness; and let them have dominion over the fish in the sea, the birds of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps over the earth.” Let us give him dominion . . that is God’s purpose, not his creative act as yet. His creative act comes in the second chapter, but that is God’s purpose, stated: he is going to make man in his own image and give him complete dominion over all things.
In the second chapter comes the creative act, and God from the very “dust of the ground made man and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.” Now jump from the second chapter, 7th verse, to the 21st verse: there you will find the creative act. He states this in the 7th verse and then completes the creative act from the 21st through the 24th verse. “And God caused a deep sleep to fall upon man and he slept,” and then comes the creative act of the division of man. Male-female he now makes it.
Man is not a male; man is not a female . . man is the image of God, a being above the organization of sex. But he is destined to be that being, he is not yet completed. To arrive at that level where everything is subject to his creative power, he passes through this divided image of himself, called male-female. Then we are told: in the divided state he is led up into a world of experience. Here was a world of innocence, because here he is dead, so the dead could not in any way be tempted, the grave could not violate anything . . it is dead. Yet he is made alive, he is made alive by the sinking of God in himself, for God . . don’t forget the last verse: “In a coffin in Egypt”… But the story is, having made the image of himself, the image has no power in itself. It only becomes animate and alive and responsive if God sinks himself in his image. So God sinks himself in his image and in that state the image becomes divided, male-female, as we are. And then comes the most horrible story in the world: that God is in it, that image of himself, the very torment of eternity."
"A few years ago William Blake . . he died in 1827, and I met him in these heavenly spheres, the majestic patriarch, and he said to me: “Stand still. Now fall backwards and let yourself go . . no restraint, just fall.” I obeyed him and I fell like some interstellar star falling through infinite space. When I came to, I looked and I saw this scintillating being, this heavenly creature, human and yet not human . . human yes, but it was all light, all fire and the heart was like living ruby. As I looked at it, I was looking at myself. Here I was looking at my very being. I came closer to discover the whole vast world of man was encased within me. Humanity in its fullness was encased within that one being, and I AM it. All the nations, all the races in the world were right in that body. As I looked at the bit of myself containing it all, I then felt myself crystallize, and here I AM in this world of shadows once more. That story is true of every being in the world. And then Blake revealed to me what he meant when he said: “All that you behold, though it appears without it is within, in your imagination, of which this world of mortality is but a shadow.” I never fully understood those words before, but then with this vision I understood it. Then I understood more clearly than ever before his vision called the “Vision of the Last Judgment,” where all the characters of the Bible are not characters at all, but only states of consciousness."
Apparently NG met William Blake. Both of them aren't immortal. The alchemist made a comment about how master alchemists would often fake their deaths because they'd be able to take their physical body into other more subtle levels of reality and that they weren't allowed to use their power to tamper with things in our world for purposes God had. Once more an example of the power of God in overseeing how the collective reality unfolds.
When NG talks about everyone is you pushed out I also believe that the more advanced view of this can relate to what the alchemist says that people and intelligences you meet are aspects of your higher genius manifest to you to deliver you certain experiences that are necessary, and with the whole world being imagination as NG says and the higher genius being the personal bottleneck for God's infinite power to come through you then it would make sense on that level. I've not considered that before. Everyone is you pushed out can make sense from the components level from this level of experience and also the level where all the components exist as unfolding processes of the higher genius which you're interacting with through that intelligence to bring you experiences to transform you without needing direct interface with the higher genius. He's never said that about physical experiences but I don't know why it wouldn't apply on that level to. He then "felt himself crystallised" and that's a manifestation of the template of perfection coming through him, as he integrates more. His greatest power was simply to be able to flow, and move, and observe. As Israel Regardi said that I quoted before on page 20, he said that because NG was a dancer he could do these things much easier. He also says at the last part of that quote that the characters aren't characters at all, though he says that David in a prior lecture we went over would be seen by all as he described physically. White. Blue eyes. Blonde hair. Typical Israelite from seedline doctrine.
"An imaginal act is an immediate objective fact. Functioning on low intensities as we are, an imaginal act is realized in a time process. And so every vision as it stands there I assume that I AM; but at the moment reason denies and my senses deny, but I assume that I AM. And if I assume it and it seems to me real and natural, when I break the spell I know I have planted it, and then it has its own appointed hour. Every vision has its own period of gestation, as we are told by the prophet: “It has its own appointed hour, it ripens, it will flower, if it seems slow then wait, it is sure, it will not be late.” If you see it clearly in your mind’s eye, if you were really in the image, it will become just as objective as this room is now . . and again I am speaking from experience. Sitting in my chair at home or reclining on a couch or in my bed, suddenly . . without my eyes being physically open . . I see a world that I would not see if I know where I am physically, and I can’t deny it. It’s just as real as you are. It’s objective, it is seemingly solidly real, and consciousness follows vision and I step into the world that I am observing. And stepping into my image it closes around me, and this world which is seemingly the only world I should know is shut out, and I am part of the world I contemplated, I am in it. I explore that world and it is just as solidly real as this world, and I can’t find my way back to this world."
There's that seed planting thing again. He says this over and over and over in EVERY lecture. I don't think a single lecture goes by where he doesn't say this line. It was his marketing tool, people quote it like that's all that matters, when it doesn't. He says it can be just as real as this world, or more real, though 99% of people don't have subtle senses open enough for that to be reliably attained. He sees a world just as real as this, because his solar body was activated. No surprise. You can do that otherwise but it's more of a process, and if it is real to you it would come through you, and it would be alike more of a daydream or a vision. When you try and connect to the solar form to experience these things and the senses are shut out then good luck doing what he says, This is why I say that the intuitive sense is where the magic happens, because there's no need for vivid imaginal reality, because that's not even the point, though it can be. He literally says that he's in another world, because he is, because he is IN his other body. No duh. This "falling back" method or any other like that IS a function of having the connection to the solar body, which using the spatial sense and praising and holding gratitude and all those "lovely" thing as he says will open up that body to be accessed, most directly at least. You still need to go through the underworld to really open it up but attuning more to it requires that. As far as I'm concerned the NG imaginal stuff works on at least 3 different levels, the subtle intuitive sense level which most would manifest from who don't have their subtle eyes open, or the lightning method I discussed before which requires vitality or the method he's talking about where you move into another body. Remember he use to teach the "working yourself up" method where you breathe into it, which if he says you'd be unaware of your of the physical world when in the scene would mean that the breathing method is different, so we can say that it's not required for imaginal depth and to live in another body. You don't need on command lucid dreaming states to make this happen, though that can be helpful of course. I will say that simply clearing not self stuff will likely give you what you need above all else. Using the working yourself up method is the lightning method as I'll call it, because that's how you experience the conjugation in that way. The breathing is there for the purpose of circulating the qi to get the currents to converge into one and "explode". This still isn't something the alchemist advises doing, as I've heard him say before that you shouldn't force God force through your body just because you want something. Fair point, because you're rearranging things by doing this and it's manipulation. Any time you're controlling where power goes instead of allowing natural striving to unfold through you as I teach then you're manipulating, and the alchemist says that's fine IF you're doing it under the guidance of an ACTUAL master of alchemy who can SEE all your resistance and instruct exactly what's necessary; NG isn't even close to that level, he'd be an initiate at most. I'm not even at that stage yet with my experience, so you can tell how advanced an adept (which is where the alchemist is) or an actual master who has conjoined all the primary components and is effectively immortal, though being a master doesn't' guarantee physical immortality though.
"Then I discovered the way back, and the way was feeling. Standing in that world with no street leading to this world, I assumed my head was on a pillow on the bed in the room, in the house, in the city that I knew so well; and feeling it I suddenly found myself as though standing vertically. I felt myself in a horizontal position and I am back, but I am cataleptic . . I can’t move the body. It is just as frozen as this little instrument here on the table, just as solid, just as stiff. Within say, a half minute, I could move my finger and then my elbow, and then after great effort I could move an eyelid and open my eyelid. As I opened the eyelid I looked at the familiar objects on the wall that I knew so well. I am back in this world and now this world has shut out that world. I tell you: there are worlds within worlds."
Here we have NG talking about sleep paralysis. You know the alchemist actually said before that you can be literally sucked into other dimensions when you're interacting with these intelligences and have a hard time finding your way back without help. He's had this happen before, and he said that nobody told him this could happen. You lose your sense of time and reality in that place and since your body is literally frozen wherever you left before then your physical body can have whatever happen to it without you knowing. This isn't something NG talked about, but considering that these visions and such can bleed out into the physical reality at times that's probably a glimpse into what it would be like to literally get transported into another world without your consent. He says that whenever you're evoking a power then that power can take you there where tis at just as you brought it into this level physically and you'd have no way of knowing if it did until you're already there.
"Here you can take an image . . the image of your success if you want success, the image of your awakening if you want it . . any image, and then you contemplate it. And maybe you will see it as I am seeing you now, and then consciousness may (and I hope it will) follow your vision, and you will walk right into that image and it will close around you, closing around you just as I did this. And you have planted it. You entered that age, as it were, and fertilized it; and bear in mind it is the image, and the vision has its own appointed hour. Don’t try to hasten it . . it ripens, it will flower. But if for you . . because you were impatient . . it seems slow, then wait, it will not be late, not for itself nor to a world, unless they are the same species and would ripen in the same interval of time. A chicken hatches out in twenty-one days, some things come out in five months, some things come out in a year and some come out in two years. And so we plant things in this world and each has its own period of gestation. Don’t think for one moment in the world as we know it and as we are, that you are going to think it now and then force ripening as it were. Leave it . . it will come as you wish in its own full time."
Here he is again on the waiting thing. This is based on the themes you have supply with unfolding as they're able to through you. That's why you don't really control it.
"God is real. You may not question it . . I don’t . . but in 1963, the scientific world would question it. I don’t know all the uses of the word, “God,” but I like it. But if it will help you any, I use the word I use most: “imagination,” because to me when I think of God I mean the same as when I say “divine imagination.” When I speak of Christ I mean divine imagining, God in action. We are told: “God is Christ reconciling the world to himself.” Imagining is Christ, which is God in action. So imagination in Christ with his imagination, imagining, is reconciling the whole vast world to himself. But if it offends you, go back to the word, “God,” but don’t put God on the outside of something separated from you, because he is not."
Wow that's a damning statement right there. He literally just said he uses the word imagination and imagining just because he likes it, not because it's technically correct! There we have it folks. Show's over. He pretty much says that the reason why he uses imagining is because it's recollecting things to himself, which really has nothing to do with consciously deliberately imagining at all. It's more about clarity and thematic composition to drive what unfolds THROUGH you, which is what your psychological state is where you automatically think and imagine stuff. Imagination to be used for s deliberate creation is silly and against how things really work. because it would all come through you if you're in alignment with it, just as NG always says he had these visions and such which he never deliberately conjured to experience His imaginal acts in a deliberate sense were more or less purifying than anything, and THAT is what imagination really is used for, exploring the themes and moving around those current to attain further alignment, or recollection and reconciliation. This work he uses that imagination is God is really quote an insane statement, and he even admitted it's not perfect but that he uses it because that's all he knows. He characterises God as divine imagination, or really divine mind that's expressed on all levels of subtlety, and that by Christ he's saying the divine imaginal experience itself from the consciousness it's playing out through, or so it seems. This is simply thematic unfolding, translates as psychological imagined states, and thus if we change the word imagination to mind you'd get a more clear idea of what he means but the mechanics of that are then unknown. The mechanics of imagination being God seems like it's limitless, and that's why his teachings are totally warped. It's his own issue really, he never explained the technical definitions of these things in a way that makes sense, so what does he expect to happen.
"God’s revealed name to this world is “I AM.” That is his great name. Can you say, “I AM?” That is God. What am I doing? I am thinking you are no good . . well, that is what you’re doing, that is God in action. And do you know: you will live to see the day you are right. So “I AM” doing what? Anything in this world, all things are possible to God. When you say: “I don’t believe so and so.” Perfectly all right, that’s your privilege, but who is not believing it? “I AM,” you say . . well, that is God. Don’t believe it. “I AM no good, I can’t make a living.” Well that is your privilege; believe it and may I tell you how true God is: he’ll prove it. Finally you are relieved and you will say to me: “I told you it’s no good.” Can’t you realize that you are setting it in motion and you were fertilizing it in your world, for God’s only revealed name is “I AM.” So, what are you imagining?"
There he is. He said that God in action is thinking, thus saying God is mind makes FAR more sense than imagination, at least practically speaking, because then this seemingly separated physical and imaginal worlds don't confuse people by saying it's all imagination because when we talk about the senses that are physical then is that not also imagination? Well it technically is considering that imagination and any other thought are different but the difference isn't anything more than degrees of subtlety. The alchemist has said before that even physical vision is subtle too except it's on a much less subtle level. Strange to think about but it's all there, so in a way he's not wrong but again the cosmology around it is so vague, Whenever he's saying everything you imagine manifests in the world it's because every thought has an associated thematic current which translated into the psychological phenomena, which really is all there is, though where one is there is also the psychological aspect too which is why the alchemist says all is mind, as insane as that sounds. It's simply that all is mind represent all is themes of experience or various thematic currents representing the corresponding psychological state and the themes are simply the organising currents for mind, more or less, the underlying substrate that enables mind to exist as it does. That's how I'd describe it, it's all different formats of energy emanating on different degrees of subtlety and that what's built into them is a self organising structure which opens up the capacity for consciousness, which is why your conscious thinking mind is NOT eternal if those components aren't held together properly to enable that. This is why I argue it's not ALL mind, though in capacity it is. That's why I criticize NG and his mind magic model, because that's what it seems like, even though I know there's alchemy here, but the fixed nature of things is difficult to understand outside of what he talks about with the pattern of Christ that we've gone over. It seems like the only fixed things in the NG cosmology is the pattern that unfolds through you that you don't control, which is correct but that's just one level of things. This whole thing is so complex it's almost impossible to describe it all really.
"Today in the New York Times, Brook Atkinson has this article. He just returned from Leningrad. They were not concerned, when he started through, to examine his baggage concerning liquor or tobacco, which is the item they all look for, for it brings in revenue. They were only concerned about ideas. They said: “Do you have any magazines?” He said “No, none.” “Do you have the Bible?” He said, “No.” That is the only thing they questioned the second time. “Do you really mean that? Do you have a Bible?” It is the only thing they really wanted to prove beyond doubt he did not bring into Russia. And they could read . . they know the Hebrew tongue, the Greek tongue; they have the different concordances. They could look back and find the true meaning of God and find it really means “imagination.” That is exactly what the word means. The word “potter” in Hebrew means imagination. And who makes anything? If God made me out of the clay, out of the dust, was he not a potter? And I . . the made, and he . . the maker. The maker was the imagination, and then imagination sunk himself in the thing made and then gave me himself."
Now he claims that it means exactly imagination. Somehow. Imagination is all things. He claims potter means imagination. So the potter, the one who forms, IS apparently imagination. The hand, yeah that's true, and yet you're viewing it from bottom view up, instead of top view down. Imagination is top view down, not the other way around, because we're emanations. No surprise. The potter is God, and we're the product, and God as we exist on more subtle levels interface more with the supply of themes and thus mould ourselves in the pattern of imagined themes to integrate those into the lesser field geometry that's a microcosmic reflection of those greater processes unfolding as you experience their reality on the subtle level. That's really what I'd describe as what he means. The last quote he said there, that imagination is the maker who then because the components of imagination are self recursive then naturally got lost in the product of creation it means that then the product of creation when experiencing more on the subtle level can supply more from the source of emanation and thus create from the level of imagination as it is, instead of from the dense level. That's how I'd say what he means. No other way you can view it that makes sense. He's teaching a reality where taking the lesser elements into more subtle levels to occupy more of what creation has in capacity for us then we can allow that proportionate interaction to crystallise those higher order currents into us to purify those limited parts. That's alchemy, which is the basis of all this stuff.
I also want to say that the degree of nourishment that you have determines what thoughts unfold though you, not the specific details. The details will become more clear. I'm experiencing this as we speak. Cultivating more qi aids in this so much. Divine pathways work and gazing is the magic formula.
"In this country of ours we aren’t teaching the Bible. We’re teaching ritual and ceremony and it’s all vague, it hasn’t a thing to do with the Bible. The Bible is God’s revelation of himself to man. If you never saw the inside of a church it makes no difference. In fact we are told in the Bible not to build a church, but man insists on building churches. “Build no temple for me, I will build one for you.” This is what he builds, but don’t you build one for me. (Second Samuel 7) Do not build me any tabernacle in this world . . I’ll build one for you, and some scribe to justify the building of tabernacles inserted the 13th verse, which all scholars agree is an insertion. It is not found in the ancient manuscript."
The alchemical tabernacle is the body and all the components which make sup who you are.
21/5/25
I've been doing more deep gazing and it's been insane what's come up.
I also have realised that our manifest reality is stemming from parts of us that are subtly influencing our reality. Ceremonial magic or evocation as is taught in theurgy is the deliberate interaction with components of our consciousness to become more aligned to our correct nature, instead of blindly manoeuvring around without awareness of them. The unconscious mind holds various components which CAN and WILL CAUSE manifestations to show up in our lives that are like what we thought, though those components drove the thoughts we had in the first place and also the resultant "tests" that they deliver us to provide us a physical means of performing theurgic type purifications by facing the uncomfortable feeling in a way that's opportunistic and transformative when they show up. We will often manifest signs of what we desire when we're about to give it up, and that's to test us to truly see if we're willing to cut ties with that part of us that doesn't serve us. I've seen this happen so many times. The objects you've spent so long grasping for to feel nourished you thought you desired, when you see them as not self and start moving on they will show up as opportunities and elude you until you properly drop them for good. NG never talked about this, and nobody in LOA does either.
Understand that there are parts of your nature, orchestrated by God of course, which are lower and greater, and those lower ones can influence your manifest reality the same as higher ones and manifest experiences that would seem to be what you desire into your life though they're really purifying steps on the path to individuation, trials to face to integrate components that we are unconsciously walking through on that thematic music sheet we're designed to play over our lives. I've seen so many signs in the past when manifesting SP and such, seeing 3 names in a row and hearing their names all together like a tease, of something that I'm able to touch my fingertips on but no more. The fact is that when you drop the desire, and stop feeding these things, you begin to access vitality and flow and naturalness. Natural striving is the process which encapsulates all this. Natural purification, meaning experiences which we're designed to face, as NG himself spoke about too, which God requires us to go through in order to our individuation to be realised in capacity. A lot of your desires are there to mess with you, and as terrible as that sounds it's really liberating to know that whatever we're continuously returning to what we know isn't serving us is not self, then we can purify it with certainty that what lies beyond that is far greater, just as NG himself said that I quoted. Suffer knowing the end will bring glory. Just know that if God has a specific person for you then that person MUST play their role in your life, and that if they're destined to show up on your path then that's going to unfold no matter what, just like how we have fixed trajectories and resistances in other ways this is the same principle. The person you desire to be with may or may not be the person, but most likely not, and that's ok. The correct person who you ACTUALLY desire underlying all that stuff will ALWAYS be available for you for the purposes necessary. If that purpose is temporary then so be it, if they're long term then also so be it. Allowing yourself to be moved by natural striving is the solution to all our problems, but time and time again I see nothing but IGNORANCE from almost everybody who watches my videos STILL thinking they can control and manifest a specific person when that was truly NEVER the point of my message. You technically CAN but once again if they do show up through manipulation then what will happen is that you'll be forced to go through experiences that will make you face the fire and burn it out. God requires us to play our part and not screw around with not self tendencies that aren't for our benefit.
Here's a method I just came up with.
I want you to imagine the person you desire being right there in front of you, literally looking you in the eyes with wild love for you burning in their soul, look into theirs and tell them "I don't need you in my life anymore I can let go now I've got bigger fish to fry". Say something along the lines of that and simply walk away in that scene. Tell them with your truth that this isn't necessary for me to spend my vitality on. This is a distraction from my real work, which is the purification of my not self.
I'm having a private discussion in the order that the alchemist runs about NG and stuff tomorrow. Will be good to get his thoughts on that. I've got a lot of things to connect.
The real reason why "letting go" manifests is because you're dropping false attachments that aren't for you that feed the parasitic ideology you once found safety in and are now letting yourself be moved through natural striving. All these INSANE ideas about how letting go can magically make people show up is just so unbelievably ignorant. If that happened and the person showed up it was because they were going to show up anyway.
Being ok without all your desires fulfilled is going to free up that which IS correct for you to unfold EITHER WAY. How do you manifest satisfaction? Just live according to natural striving and be ok with letting go of stuff, if it works or not is irrelevant to the process. Tap supply from God. You don't need any of that stuff. Balance divine pathway work with deep unconscious purification. Balance them together. Be dynamic. That's my summary of RS. Go all the way means making decisions you KNOW are necessary, be it moving into or away from something. Drop the expectations that magic will happen to you, and be ok with or without it. Be ok with seeing everybody around you succeed and have abundance while you have nothing but your connection with God.. I find this to be the target of minimal attachment. Just you and God. Cut out all the trash. That's what it is in the end isn't it? Trust God. Praise God. Have gratitude and love for God. Make the divine guidance of God's infinite power move you for you will be untouchable no matter what happens to you. Doing the work and showing God you're WILLING to go through whatever is necessary is the place of complete vulnerability where all the not self trash burns away. You stare directly at your desires and be ok with them fading to dust forever. Shed the tears. Let them go and move on. I don't know how else you can reach stability of a true nature without this process, because unless you're able to shift expectations and be ok regardless of what you do or don't have and allow God to move you no matter what other people think, then you'll always be grasping for more. More of what? For what? To hold onto more not self trash that'll cause you to deplete and be moved out of these pitiful conditions. Have that vibrant and radiant nourished supply directly from God and simply express that wherever you walk, and in moments of vulnerability let out and let go of all that's needing to be dropped off and move on. This dynamic play is similarly to what the alchemist discussed about theurgy and the integration process of readjusting to a new baseline. The stability comes when you've acclimated to not being pulled around by all these things you don't need to hold a connection to. Doing the great work involves being humbled, and letting this not self LOA trash burn away for good. I'm going to make sure the mind magic LOA trash gets burned for good, because that's what this all seems to be building to in my life, all these discoveries, all this work, all these revelations of information falling into my lap without effort and having endless flow.
How do you know who you really are? You will always have energy to be moved in this direction and it won't cause you constant peaks and dips. It will be your source of stability, even if there's ups and downs along the way but the overall trend will be stability. That's how you'll know. The consistency of dysfunction reveals who is and who isn't self. Those parts that are dysfunctional will get your attention through the patterns in the world, that's how they make themselves known to us so that we can dissolve them and not be moved by that thematic influence within our field geometry. We become immovable and stable. That's where power lies. Where else could it be?

Infinite States - Neville Goddard lecture - 1968
"Quite often someone will say to me: “I don’t think others understand you.” I was asked this question: ‘When you use the word ‘state’ I don’t think others know what you mean, so would you please explain it?'” Tonight I will try.
We are told: ‘You are sons of the Most High, all of you.” (Not just a few, but all of us). “Nevertheless, you will die like men and fall”…..into infinite states of consciousness, for states are that into which the sons of the Most High fall. A state is an attitude of mind, a state of experience with a body of beliefs which you live by. Always expressing a state, you identify yourself with it by saying: “I AM poor or I AM rich. I AM known or I AM unknown. I AM wanted or I AM unwanted.” I could go on indefinitely, because there are infinite states into which an individual son of the Most High may fall.
Blake made this statement: “Eternity Exists and All things in Eternity Independent of Creation which was an act of Mercy. By this it may be seen that I do not consider either the Just or the Wicked to be in a Supreme State, but to be every one of them States of the Sleep which the Soul may fall into in its deadly dreams of Good and Evil.” When you find yourself in a state or see a seeming other in a state, do not condemn or praise it, for all states exist and no state is greater than another. Every state is an attitude, a state of experience with a body of beliefs that an individual son of the Most High occupies. And if that an individual son of the Most High, then are we not brothers of the Highest Unity? And are we not also members of the ultimate body who is God the Father? So the states into which we fall cannot mar or in any way deter our immortal self who fell.
Your creative power did not willingly fall. It was your Father’s will that you, his creative power, descend into and experience states. In the 8th chapter of Romans, Paul tells us: ‘He was made subject unto futility, not willingly, but by reason of the will of him who subjected him in hope. There is unity in God, yet God the Father is made up of gods, the sons. So God’s creative power fell into division and passes through states which results in resurrection into unity. As a son of the Most High you can, in the twinkle of an eye, move into any state, but the chances are you will not remain there for a state is made up of a body of beliefs! If you spend the day thinking from a certain base, a certain body of beliefs, the chances are you will fall asleep that night in the same belief. Knowing you can move into another state, another body of beliefs, you may try to move, but you must persist in staying in the new state until it becomes natural."
Here he's teaching mind magic again. It's all states. This idea of being in any state at any time and that you can be any one and such is contradicting to his other statements about being in a particular state because that's what's necessary for your transformation which we quoted him talking about. He told us that God will continue his work in us for his glory, under the context of going through suffering. If he said that then he's either contradicting himself over and over (which would be very stupid of course) and then on the other end you've got the view that these infinite states he's talking about that you can fall into being belief systems basically are what you're inspired to move into for reasons you don't need to know to reveal who you really are and that it's not to attain things in the world or whatever but to increase your proportionality with greater process. How else can it be?
NG taught that the many mansions in the house of God are based on belief systems, while the alchemist teaches that as degrees of subtlety and awareness of that, or "levels" of consciousness instead of states. NG in this seems to be talking about them as belief structures, not as degrees of subtlety where he also says that no state should be viewed as better than another for they're all just an arrangement of the components of consciousness (which comprise the belief system of course) that a son of God (which is also an incorrect statement because a son of God is someone who's attained understanding which he also had statements to agree with in other lectures) falls into at any time. How do we reconcile all this stuff he's saying that seemingly contradicts? I say he's saying this under the context of mechanics, not so much absolutes. What I mean is that he's outlining the working model of how the capacity for transformation that God unfolds through us works, and under the context of the common people.
"There are unnumbered states and the occupant of one state is not better than the occupant of another, for each is a brother in the highest unity and all are one in the body of God the Father. But the state, the attitude of mind to which you most constantly return, constitutes your dwelling place. If you dwell in self. . pity you will express the state, but by occupying that state you are not less than one who has ambitions to enter the White House, or the Vatican as the Pope. The individual desiring an ambitious state is not greater than or less than the one who doesn’t know he is in a state and remains subjected to it.
How do you get out of a state? Through belief! You must believe in the doctrine. You are told: “Whatsoever you desire, believe you have received it and you will.” The precepts of Christ must be accepted literally, for they will be fulfilled literally. Can you believe the precept that believing you have already received your desire will bring it forth in your world? If so, then tonight you can change the things that are happening in your world. And if you can believe and persuade yourself that things are as you want them to be to the point of actually moving into the feeling they are true, they will be felt and seen in your world. You must feel your desires are already realized, that they are already true, for the truth of any concept is known by the feeling of certainty that the thought is true."
Here he tells us that these words are to be taken literally. Belief is the basis of the bible he's effectively saying, because if states constitute experience through belief then the capacities we have are under this mechanic of transforming belief. Then he goes on about telling us to persuade ourselves of something to make it happen, AKA mind magic, justified under the states idea. We must feel our desires are already realised he says, though if this is under the context of base desires then obviously that's not going to be of a beneficial message. He basically never makes the distinction between true desires and desires of the lower mind, and that's really his biggest issue with his doctrine overall. He eludes to this in some passages we've been over but he never says it outright, and in this one he's saying that no state is better than another though it's states not desires there. You really can't interpret this properly without putting words in his mouth, because it's incomplete. This is why forever I said that the NG bible doctrine of belief and desire fulfilment is totally warped and missing the point, because it is, though in some passages he speaks truth like in the one about the spheres and then this one he's going on about basically living according to desires. The way I'd interpret this instead of course would be believing in in natural striving. When you interpret his entire doctrine under a perspective of working towards higher order instead of this actual subjective states idea it makes WAY more sense and there is no contradictions, and that's never said outright but t can be very clearly inferred if you take context of all of his lectures and his attitude towards the world being "wonderful" all the time. He's talking to people who will WANT to experience their capacities and follow natural striving, not the fool who wants to bypass transformation, which 99% of people now read it as because of how vague he was on this whole thing. he did say in another lecture that he came here to tell us about the promise and such and not about manifesting material things because giving yourself up to a "more noble state" is where glory lies, which is true. He doesn't say that here though, because he told us that no state is better, and yet there he basically says that there's more noble states, so there's a contradiction in his work that's obvious. How do you explain that?
"Then, one day, you will give your entire heart to a far more noble state, and you will be drawn into the sphere where scripture unfolds from within. It comes so suddenly, as you are not aware that you have moved into that sphere where the eruption takes place. It takes time to prepare you for that sphere, but when you are there you know nothing but the power of God. You feel him as an unearthly wind. You hear him in its unearthly sound as scripture erupts and you experience everything . . from your birth from above, to the descent of the dove."
Right there. Is he saying this happens spontaneously just randomly? Sound like it. It's a capacity, a potential to happen, and that living in whatever state you're in now is exactly where you should be. I remember he also said that those who suffer are playing their part perfectly just as the rich man does. Remember that all this stuff with the visions and whatnot CAN happen spontaneously, though that's EXTREMELY uncommon, unlike what NG would have you assume. The alchemist has said this is always happening to people but it takes a very very very long time, many iterations over thousands of years. He says that the whole point of the alchemical traditions is to ACELLERATE that natural process, not to make it happen, and thus NG is correct tin his view of things here, though it still seems he's ignoring a lot of how this works on the level of alchemical acceleration of the process. It's half truths.
"Assuming you are not the man (or woman) you want to be, you will know that you are really it by the feeling of certainty it inspires in you, for if you feel certain, you will act upon it. If you don’t act you are not convinced, for God in you is your own wonderful human imagination and God is always acting! You may be physically incapacitated, but you are forever acting in your imagination, who is God, the Father of your life."
"By states I mean attitudes of mind. The New Testament begins: “The time is fulfilled and the kingdom of heaven is at hand; repent and believe the gospel.” The word ‘repent’ means ‘a radical change of attitude’. Your attitude need not be towards another, but an attitude regarding self. If you feel you have nothing to live for you must repent by changing your attitude radically from that state. Don’t condemn yourself for the state into which you have fallen. If you don’t like it move into another. Don’t feel sorry for yourself, for if you do you will make the state a habit and remain there for the rest of your days on earth. Instead, you can believe this doctrine and move out of any state."
Most of the time this is interpreted under a negative person moving into a better state, hence the word repent, though I've criticized this interpretation on some level because it's really implying to turn light away from the natural flow of things, or to swim upstream, not against natural striving but against your current natural trajectory to take the conscious mind into the unconscious mind and purify the not self. That's how repenting works, and thus he's saying about the person in the example that they're repenting and moving away from limitation into more abundance, which is repenting. Thing is NG makes this sound like subjective mentalism of any states are valid and we live in a virtual playground to "shop" for any states we want like we're picking realities which is how it's commonly said today. That's an insane idea. This is the problem with what NG says, it's SO insanely vague. That interpretation could be viewed as satanic, as in you're the center of reality and you can become anyone you want, which only feeds the lusts and causes suffering. Feeding the not self lusts is the suffering that NG never really talks about, as far as I know.
"Let me illustrate with this story. A gentleman, who attends the lectures, and his wife moved into their new home at the beach. Wanting some landscaping done, they invited five landscape artists to give them bids. Two wouldn’t even bid because of the location of the property but after choosing one, the lawns and gardens as well as several trees were planted. Within six months three trees had died. Now, instead of getting angry and calling the man, demanding the trees be replaced, my friend decided to test his imagination; so while sitting in his car he imagined that he was leaning against the one healthy tree while gazing at the three which had appeared to be dead, but were now healthy and beautiful. Then one day the landscape artist came to the house, inquiring about the garden, especially the trees. It seems his men had used too much nitrogen in the fertilizer, which caused the roots to burn. Upon seeing the trees, he returned the following Tuesday and replaced them free of charge."
There's an example of the gazing method. Open eye SATS. He's saying now that because the person for some reason just decided to view the tree as healthy that it actually became healthy. Interesting story, but that doesn't prove anything.
"This same gentleman shared another experience with me, saying: ‘On my way to work the other morning I passed a very prominent building and said to myself, “I wonder what it would be like to work there?” Knowing nothing about the company, I played with the idea of them offering me a fantastic salary and even imagined seeing my name on the office door. That very day while at work I received a call from an agency hired to fill the executive positions for the company whose building I had passed, and whose employment I had just imagined. The agency was calling to ask if I would consider working for their client. I was so shocked to realize that the law could work so quickly, but now I know it does!”"
That obviously would've come through him, for reasons he need not know. I'm sure many people would've imagined themselves being in positions they'd like and it never happened, and that's for many reasons of course.
"You don’t have to remain in a state if you have made a mistake. You can change states morning, noon, and night, but the state to which you most constantly return constitutes your dwelling place. It is from there you are going to live and perpetuate until you move in thought. As Blake said: “The oak is cut down by the axe and the lamb is slain by the knife, but their eternal form remains forever and reproduces its external form by the seed of contemplative thought.”"
Once again another half truth. Blake did quote the "seed of contemplative thought" as in the "planting seeds idea"? I do know that control is technically possible, I mean suffering in states that aren't satisfying for us obviously is a form of controlling and thus we suffer to get us to look at what's necessary which IS satisfying.
""The being that you really are, descended to the weakness of the flesh, causing you to experience the state you are now in. Contemplate another state, and the same being who brought your present form into being will restore and make alive the other state, the state desired. This he will continue to do until his purpose is fulfilled. That purpose is to follow a certain pattern back into the unity of being. You see, in the beginning we were drafted. We did not volunteer to fall into these states. We were made subject into futility, not willingly but by the will of him who sent us. But when we return we will discover that we are the very being who subjected us. We are now the sons, destined to return as God the Father!"
FINALLY he explains this. So the state desires IS natural striving under this context, which he's saying is for the purpose to fulfil and follow the pattern AKA unfolding the elements into their capacities which explains why the mystical type experiences with the visions and such play out when you're on track. That's a sign that you're increasing proportionality. He says it right here, with the PURPOSE to follow the pattern back, and that means that the experience itself IS transformational which is basically what my last video was talking about. You think of something and for reasons you don't need to comprehend you'll be moved through a transformational experience if you trust where that leads you, and things will get worse and worse until you actually do unfold it. This quote right here provides context because he literally says WHY you fall into states. That's MASSIVE. He is also technically correct in saying that the state isn't to be judged, because the state if correct and the desires are aligned with proportionality then that will be what the person needs to experience to integrate those themes to actually unfold the pattern.
I'm going to make another page that'll be available with a bunch of NG quotes on it just like this one to explain this whole states thing better.
Here's more from the alchemist.
"the process that you're learning here now this way this process that you're working to we haven't gotten to do those yet. Um but this preparation period is itself more powerful than a lot of that other stuff. Um and from the level that we're working, we are moving towards integrating the same archetypal powers that many of those deities are really personifications or streams of. So while we can still interact with them and respect them, um we don't approach any of this from the viewpoint of worship or needing to sacrifice anything. And so those things really just kind of fall away. uh we don't theergy works from an entirely from a much higher level. So the level at which we're approaching everything is more of a divine science way rather than working magic from the bottom up. And it's not about right or wrong. is that when you get to a certain level, the other way of doing things becomes just unnecessary. Um, and and there are a lot of different kinds of magic. You know, there's ancestor based magic and you know, all different kinds of things. But what we are doing is kind of the system that integrates all of these things together in a way that doesn't really nec make it necessary to do things like that in the old way. Most of the time when when people are taught things that have to do with offerings and those types of things, particularly within family lineages, because there are family lineages where the father teaches the son or daughter and it gets passed down and the spirit gets passed down with them and they adopt the practices of whatever the spirit wants them to do for whatever those reasons are and it just gets perpetuated and that's perfectly legitimate because those are spirits that have been passed down through famil familial lineages. So, uh there's that kind of magic and and that doesn't mean that um sacrifices are are done from a from a viewpoint of not respecting nature or any of those things. Um but it is an older form of magic that helps sustain the connection between a particular spirit and a particular person for whatever reason. um that that dynamic works, but it's not the only way to do it. And um I think the reason that it continues is because the people on the end of that relationship don't say this isn't something that we really do anymore. you know it because spirits don't have the same kind of morality that people have. They they operate on an entirely different level. And so they have to have it things explained to them upon occasion that um okay this might have worked a thousand years ago when you were kind of really popular and everybody knew you were around, but the world is different now. The rules and laws are different and we don't sacrifice animals anymore. um or you know in some cultures they still do but uh that process has I think been perpetuated more out of ignorance of the fact that it's not absolutely necessary. So yeah the the processes are just different that older way of doing things is um still something done but it's not really a practice in the at least not the way we do it. Um, I wouldn't I wouldn't rule it out entirely, but if people are trying to recreate older religious processes that were used in temples for the a long time ago, the thing is they were doing all of that from the outside. We don't do theergy from the outside. We do it from the inside. It's far more effective. Well, and they can be equally powerful for a person who has made the inner connections that when they do the work in the outer, it is connected to that inner level because the truth is there really is no separation between the inner and the outer. It's how we experience it. But there really isn't separation. So in order to mediate spiritual power, you have to make the connection. And then when you use those symbols in an outer way, you're mediating power. If you haven't made the connection on an inner level, your chances of being able to mediate power are pretty much slim to none dramatically. So um that's just the nature of that particular process. Most of the time when the faces come like that, most of the time they they shift rather quickly and when you start getting into more intense um levels, they can actually come faster than that. The only time faces really stay a lot is if um there's something in particular clearing that has it's just bigger than most. And the other time is when you have crystallization, of course, then those are there. Um, but the rest of the time it's perfectly normal for them not to last very long at all. And sometimes they come so fast that you you feel like you've got one of those flip books. You know, we used to draw when we were kids, little stick people doing whatever. It's kind of like that because it it really just they can flip that fast. So, uh, you know, it'll go from male to female, young to old to human to something else. Necessarily negative. It just could be something that um something that holds more um energy around it. And all what we're doing this whole waiting through the river of blood this ancestor level of that you have to go through in this level is about integrating and clearing and it's not just our stuff. It's also sometimes we're clearing things for ancestors themselves. So, it's impossible most of the time to know whether that thing that you're seeing in clearing is related to you directly or if it's something on the ancestor side of the equation, although that's still related to you. Um, it it all goes so quickly most of the time it's difficult to know. Well, they can, but in the beginning, the distinction in the morphing, it's very shadowy. So, it would be almost impossible to be able to tell if they were exactly repeating. But for the most part, for me, I tend to see them and then I really don't see them again or it's so long in between that I don't recall the specifics of that particular uh face. And there'll be times when um the the images coming up are very similar to yours, even if they're male or female, a similar shaped face. And you'll it'll seem like it'll be stuck on those for a while, and then it'll shift into things that are radically different. And in the periods where it's more like yours, it can even be more difficult to discern whether you've seen it or not before because overlay on you is already so familiar to your structure. There's not as much contrast to make the distinction noteworthy. Uh, and then there'll be other times where, you know, on me when I'm looking at a roundfaced Eskimo woman, I know that that's not me. So, uh, it's not even close to an overlay of me. Um, and then there are are other times where they are very simple. So, um, it's remarkably interesting how many of the things in our blood are so radically different from how we appear ourselves, but then there's this whole other batch that's incredibly similar. Um, so you you'll run the gamut of both. It's different for everyone. Some people will start off right out the gate seeing more into the animal soul level and it'll all be animal face overlays and it'll take them a while for whatever reason to get to faces that look very similar to their own. But most of the time when you start out that's how it starts. And then as um the morphing becomes more intense, as you clear more levels, you get into deeper levels where the uh the uh the population is different in appearance. So what you're going through right now is perfectly normal and on track for the way that it usually works. Um but it's not um you know there's no absolute rule because we're what comes up for us is whatever is the closest on the surface level which has to do with a lot of energetic things and because everybody is different energetically. we've cleared some things, we've not cleared other things. Uh then what can come up for people straight out the gate can be radically different and it's still perfectly normal part of the process. That's the beginning of being able to pierce into etheric the etheric everything is uh perfect. It's it's um it's the blueprint of it's your blueprint on an energetic level. It is you in a perfect state. That is what the rest of you on a physical level is trying to continuously rebuild. But because we're human and physical, as time goes on, if we don't have rejuvenates to keep us at a certain level of maintenance, it's impossible to rebuild the blueprint on the same level as the etheric pattern. So when you see the etheric, it's the most beautiful, perfect version of you. Okay. Yeah, I've seen glimpses of that. Well, there's lots of theories about that. The um the capacity for a human being to persist is completely tied to the ability to take substances that allow that perfection to be fully reimprinted, which is what um quintessence's do. And um the more powerful the quintessence, the more it's able to reinforce that pattern. So that has a lot to do with it. So we can um but the way that we are designed is basically to make attaining that level an evolutionary challenge. So we're here to learn how to do that. It's not that we've fallen from some level where we had it before and we need to, you know, all that stuff. It's an evolutionary attainment. Um, and when you if you succeed in completing the great work in the current incarnation, the you that gets to do that is the etheric you that you see when you see into the etheric. Does that make sense? Um, that's the version of you that gets to be a permanent individuation because that's the the version of you that exists right now. If we don't succeed in the great work, then we get to come back and do it again. You'll have a new etheric blueprint. It will look different. It may look similar, but it will not be the same at the next level of evolution. But at the same time, that is a level of your being that exists concurrently with your physical level. It just exists on a different level. So that exists on a higher level. You're down here on this earth level. So you have a an earth level, you have a lunar level, and a solar level. And those three levels have to be made into one thing. When those three levels are made into one thing, it equates to that version of you that you can see. Um, so it's uh that's what that's the great work on a on a physical energetic level. Then there's a great work on a laboratory level. Those two things also go together. So that's what we're here to do."
