Wow we've filled out a whole notebook page in less than a week. How insane is that. I've done so much work I've filled out more than 2 pages in less than 2 weeks. Almost up to page 40. Lots of refinement when you kill of major conditions and delusions and assumptions about how things work. That's why I've had so many new insights. I hit walls and then I blast into a new level of interpretation.

Anyway let's continue from where page 38 left off:

So this is the only difference really between training people and training dogs. You still operate on the same reward punishment compliance system but you're going to offer a wider scope of perceived rewards and punishments. So the whole job thing isn't the same really. It's not trying to manipulate your perceptions of reality to get compliance, though if they want you to perform an act that's got a threat attached then it would be. Coercion can also not need reasoning and bargaining, but a threat that's symbolic too. A parent giving a death stare for example, at the view of the child going to do something undesired. It's the same thing, a punishment that's got an implication on it. I remember getting the death stare all the time from especially my mum, like it would be a clear sign of her of punishment. I'd get the death stare or the "whisper yell" as I call it, or the usual one liners. It's interesting that it's usually a single or handful of VERY basic signals that they use. There's never any reasoning, it's just present signal and imply punishment. I watch fitness trainers, they reward with approval from doing something "good job" or whatever. It's always there. It's all a form of conditioning, EVEN IF it's what you want, but it's still placing approval behind performance. That in the sense of fitness training SHOULD be rewarded though obviously, but the point is this mechanism is everywhere.

Any form of showing approval after a performance is a conditional access, technically. The issue comes when that's hidden behind something that's designed to manipulate and gain influence over someone or something for personal gain that's inherently also DESTRUCTIVE to the person. Making someone cut people out of their lives for example is destructive, unless those people are actually harmful to their wellbeing in an obvious way where they're consciously distressed after involvement with them, such as abusive parents. Pretty much all parental figures are abusive though, there's basically zero chance that you've got parents who don't have their own expectations that are pathogenic, because they're delusional. Regardless of if you know it or not, you've been abused by them to some level or another, and that's often what's going into most people's minds when they grow up. They've got the priming for compliance built in. We look at these African tribes and they're really no different, they condition and cause harm too, and the Asians with the schooling and grades of children, when most of the time it's irrelevant but it's a SOCIAL EXPECTATION, unless of course the child is genuinely on track for a higher education that'll change things for them. I was encouraged to do uni but I didn't care. Screw that. I knew it was all a scam back then too.

The word coercion is used constantly as this word like "racism" to almost throw a suggestion at someone of doing evil, which is why I'm going after it, because it's everywhere. Coercion is reasoning with a target to invalidate concerns of someone with a threat over their head as a consequence for not complying. There. That's a good way of saying it vs before. More clarity, more information, more awareness of a wider view, that's reasoning and informing, vs a coercion which will discount certain aspects of reasoning to manipulate to condition compliance, which often involves a punishment or consequence which is created by the person wanting compliance. Parents do this all the time. The system does it all the time, and silently coerces like with the feminist trash by doing exactly that. They'll have the ingredients in the mix. Narrowing scope, not addressing concerns, playing with feelings and presenting a consequence (being repressed and controlled) that'll drive their view into the direction of accepting the condition, or assumption or belief. The coercion will attempt to lock someone into a smaller view of reality and narrow the scope into accepting a certain view of things. Propaganda isn't necessarily coercion directly, because there's no active threat, but it's a suggested one, it's a trigger for planted coercions that have been impressed from the past, so triggering a program that's looping the consequence and view narrowing function that they've accepted from a real coercive act by the system. The CV injection was 100% a coercive act, which I will reference over and over because it's impacted over half the people on earth. Propaganda is just a suggestion with the intent of perpetuating an already existent system of belief to strengthen it more and generate more compliance and to further narrow the view by making that their reality of perception. Also holy cow. 70.7% of people on earth have been injected with the doom shot, and 65.1% are "fully" injected with the doom shot. Yeah. That's a lot, so there's no way that happened without all the aspects of a successful coercion campaign. There are consequences and the view of what's accurate is narrowed, and so there's an active threat in play that's manufactured to coerce compliance. EVERY false flag type attack is also coercion the same way that CV was. There will be more compliance tests coming up soon too.

How do you effectively punish for compliance? Make it personal, in a way that targets their existing view of themselves, that they see themselves as lower, or expose a part of them that's deficient that they have insecurity towards, and threaten compliance for not cooperating. Make it something that they're already conditioned into and then amplify that program like propaganda does. Propaganda exploits programs running in the psyche, it activates certain currents that stimulate a response desired and to narrow their view into that way of thinking, driving their actions, and at the very least, reinforcing this. It's been shown actually that exposure to certain body types on loop makes someone even in an acute sense to be more likely to pick that type. This is WHY I studied body types because I see it as a reliable way that everybody can relate to to determine the psychological and physiological effects of biological adaptation, social conditions and expectations and other variables in what lust is driven through, and how it changes to fit the environment. It's just another belief in that sense. No, trannies and bi and homo's don't have DNA driven lust for that trash, because it's literally the DNA giving up on reproduction since it's impossible and is 100% unnatural, it HAS TO BE something external to the DNA, unless the DNA was altered in some way to warp those drives, which I believe is very very unlikely in almost all the people on the rainbow. Specific physiological preference however IS a spectrum as has been proven over time, but that's PHYSIOLOGICAL and PSYCHOLOGICAL ROLES that are played accordingly. That's different from being a rainbow gooner.

So many variables.

Connect with the heart and spirit of the people around you and see who they really are. Their innate filtering is their self. Things they believe to be true are their state. You know I can actually kind of see what NG is saying with the whole "infinite states" thing. I've said that states are compositions of current, and that's relative to a fixed nature, though that's the capacity one has for clear vision of the world as it really is. Get a grasp on their innate nature. You can really condition anyone to be any way since their innate nature barely exists and they're more or less a composition of specifically arranged filtering systems that allow them to see so far before they end up retreating back into being the herd animal and needing a savior once again. This makes your willingness to involve without worrying about going too deep with the conditioning more available since you're not conforming to some expectation of what you think they'd want or not want and you'll be willing to in a sense shape them through your role you play. Again, ideally you'd simply manifest people who are functional and who are looking for your role but those people barely exist in this word so go ahead and enjoy conditioning whoever. Shape them, be real, show them how reality really is and don't cope.

If the spiritual "lessons" we have to learn are really just perceptual awareness expansions to be able to see reality more for what it is then what is there to say for the fixed self that's got pre-determined desire? The pre-determined desire is the perceptual awareness, as in what you accept to be true based on what you can see through the quality of your spirit, or not, that's more or less the fixed self, the rest is the product of your conditioning which everybody has taken on, as a function of existing as a human in various social and financial structures.

They really don't have free will do they? It's true. It really is true. I cannot truly say that they have free will, because someone with more perceptual awareness will always generate compliance because they will know where to steer the other persons awareness. This is where all "defense tactics" come from. These people are simply the product of their herd animal nature, where they literally cannot see reality clearly and MUST follow some authority WHO WILL condition them in SOME WAY, hence my point. There will ALWAYS be blind spots in their psyche through which conditioning can impress, a compliance program can run and that person can become owned by their new owner, in a sense. I was still operating according to my parental compliance tests years after I left, and yet I was totally unconscious of it, I had no free will, that was until I became aware of it and killed it off. That's what I did. I connected the sensations to the conditions and removed that need to comply. The herd animals who do this still won't manifest more of their innate nature really because they'll still be conforming to other expectations. The roots that branch to the pathway cascades are still on a DNA level running into a deeper sense of herd think that's almost entirely unconscious. They will be filtering reality to find leaders, to find someone to follow, to look up to someone, instead of generating their entirely own views that are unique and come from a correct perception of life itself. They will always seek someone else's view. I've stopped doing that many years ago. I've basically gotten to the point where I don't need anyone for anything when it comes to understanding reality more. I still study people who know more about mechanics in sciences like biochemistry and stuff, but I still take their view with a grain of salt since I'm skeptical of everything. When you reach a certain level of experience you don't really need anything else, and ever since I was 25-26 it's pretty much peaked, meaning the real me has fully developed which is my perceptual awareness and filtering. That's what nobody can take away from me.

What is left of a man when you strip him down to his core and remove all his beliefs and everything else? His ability to determine fact from fiction and act on that. This isn't about specific information but how information is organized and processed and filtered through the senses and from the archive of experience gathered so far. The younger someone is who gets to that point the more conscious of their real self they are because you know that their view of reality wasn't informed by the world and expectations of how to act around them, but instead their own prejudice towards life which allowed them to see through all the coercion and manipulation and everything else. I see through so much here, and I see that most people simply do not have a self, because they swing to and fro with the tides as they come and go. They are parrots who repeat what they hear and cannot contemplate and process and filter and perceive what's between those lines. These people are herd animals and cannot and will not be able to operate with independent thought. Look at the way they act, what they follow, who they look up to, what they assume to be true. I know people who claim to be "aware" who are still VERY delusional. NONE of these people grasp Jewish supremacy properly and if I was able to recognize that the bible was a racially supremacist text when I was 21 and go through all those hoops to get to where I am now with all the refinement needed there, then why can't anyone else see anything of such? It was because I could connect dots, at 18 I could see that Israel was running the show, Jewish supremacists, this became a baseline assumption rooted in the deepest of facts that were demonstrable and consistent throughout time. I gathered over 200gb of data just on that study alone in like 2 years back then, and I read through so much and connected so many dots it was irrefutable. Then palindromic sequencing came into my awareness in early-mid 2022 and then NG LOA and deeper alchemy came into the picture when it came to manifesting. All of this then progressed from the notebook entries back in 2023 till now. You can see the process. I learned not through following leaders, I didn't have anyone specifically I followed, but I saw data points from some that gave me leads to work from and my own study perpetuated from there, and now after having studied NG better than anyone else on earth and understanding scripture as to be what it really means now, I can see all the holes and all the pits that 99.99999% of people fall into without knowing.

I've walked those tracks, and the psycho-spiritual reality doctrine is the scam of all scams designed to keep you conditioned and following arbitrary rules where you give other people free will when they really can't even have their own free will anyway. What is there to consent to when their very foundation is to consent to whatever it is anyway. They can't discern what's good for them or not, they have no idea. They don't have a fixed point of comparison that's clear and views reality from a lens where they're able to question the authority of whoever is seeking to generate their compliance and make them act in the ways they want. None of these herd animals are genetically capable of that because their filtering is narrow. These people perform to exist. That's the reality. Don't cope. This is just how everybody is, which is why no matter how informed you make them, they will always default back to delusion, EVERY TIME and they will run back into compromise and follow whatever is most stimulating. I see these people and I wonder how can they do this? Well it's simple. They don't have as much of a fixed self as we've always assumed they have, and this is the dark reality of the world and why we're going extinct. It's the real "black pill" if you'd call it that. It doesn't have to be dark, but in reality it's the fact of how things are and that's why the Jewish supremacists have always won. They psychologically manipulate because that's how herd animals think, they follow the leader, and that's why the Christ is a political figure who speaks to the people to follow his lead, HIS SHEEP HEAR HIS VOICE, right? Sheep are used as a description for the followers of Christ, who is the figure head or heads for the Christ character to fulfil the messianic plans of their scripture. So the herd animals are the sheep and the Christ leads them into their end, which is what we see, but it's not just political figures, it's anyone or anything which conditions their compliance with the overarching agenda to keep them from taking their own agency into their own hands.

This is why I will say that the real reason why most people don't fight back like they should to being threatened with extinction is because they can't, because they're dumb herd animals who are incapable of a wider view of reality.

You want to know how all the dumb goy are herd animals who only look for certain types of people to lead them? You want proof of this? Gerbert's void. Jeff.franzen. Whatever other trad wife type Stacy who complains about how bad their lives are and how bad dating is. It's very likely that some of these types of Chad looking guys and Stacy looking girls who complain about social issues and blow up get popular and they manipulate the audience is because the average herd animal wants to follow someone they perceive as above them. They WILL NOT listen to a sub 5 speaking the exact same words, because the Chad who complains about dating will validate the trash at the bottom and they'll get a ton of incel idiots flocking like sheep to the wolf who farms their watch time for money. That right there is proof of this point. The normie trash simply can't think and they always use "look see he's got it bad too" despite the fact that all these people are obviously making up stories to market to the idiots who buy it. This is the trash we're dealing with in this world. It's all fake. It's all manufactured and the VERY WAY that marketing works is literally through abusing the herd thinking mentality of these people. It's all the same thing. The world is built to exploit herd animals. I don't care how many views I get on this stuff to be honest because I know that 99% of people who go over my work won't actually get it and will just agree because they see something in me that they like and relate to, like I know some of my followers only read my work because it makes them feel a certain way, they don't actually STUDY it they just use my work as a sort of state boost which was never the goal. Yeah I throw them a bone here or there with some "ego poetry" or I talk about my bloodlust for Jewish supremacists openly and shamelessly and paint a target on my back but that's still beside the point.

All of the people who make videos about how bad the social issues are who manipulate the sheep are all predators in this social construct and the herd animals will be unable to see that they're being used as the product for their own slaughter. This is why I don't even click on anything which I know is manipulating because I don't want to give them a cent of my watch time. They're a waste. All the boosted doomer content creators out there are all above average looks and that's the point, because they'll only relate to someone who's disconnected from their belief. THAT'S WHY they're getting clicks BECAUSE THE DISCONNECT WITH EXPECTATION DRIVES INTRUGUE. They must think this guy is like them in how they think, but in fact they're all predators out to eradicate you and extract your watch time like disgusting parasites. All of this is designed to exploit the dumb goyim, and it's always been that way throughout history. Always. This is the cruel reality of being a herd animal and why psycho spiritual doctrines are more appealing now than ever and they're all out in the open. If they're the power and the secret to "escape suffering" as we're told, then obviously they'd be suppressed because it would invalidate the Jew Jew plans but no it's all allowed to propagate because it serves their plan. YOU IDIOTS CAN'T SEE ANY OF THIS BECAUSE YOU'RE HERD ANIMALS CAN'T YOU SEEEE?

This world isn't what you think. Everywhere you look has traps laid to exploit the time and vitality of the herd animals, and a vast majority of so called relationships are the same way. This is why I say you SHOULD condition your girl into a compliant lapdog (don't project your interpretation of what you think that means I mean to reward her for being a functional highly aware person who doesn't fall into all the traps in the world and treats you with the respect you deserve as a higher man ) because all of the boxes they'll fall into anyway will just send them down self destructive pathways regardless of if you do it or someone else does, so women are built to be lapdogs for superior men. They enjoy that stuff anyway, they want to learn from you, request permission on your account for big decisions, don't look at anybody else but you, says no to institutional disrespect and backs you up 100% in any discussion when she's with you with facts and reason and is your partner in crime in this world. She follows your lead as a superior man. That's your lapdog, and I say that in the lead disrespectful way possible, but I use that term because that's really what she is, because it's not her innate self doing it, it's your managing and training that made her like that. She wasn't like that when you met, it was you who trained her, and thus she's like your lapdog. No cope. Just drop all the trash cope drop all the copium and get real. Your girl (if you have one) is there to serve you, nobody else. She's YOURS, not as a SLAVE to be DISRESPECTED because she will resent you and you'll cause her issues in the currents that will disrupt her sleep and ruin her vitality, but you will train her to follow where you lead, where you see things, where you give permission to involve because you know what's right and what's not, that's what I'm talking about. None of this is slavery, manipulation to cause damage or suffering to her body or psyche, or anything else, because that's not even eugenic. This is entirely about making her into a higher functioning girl who serves eugenic functions and you can train her to be that way by rewarding behaviors that align and punishing anything else. How do you punish her? You take things away like access to your approval, love, attention, the claps, and if needed, resources she holds to be important to her identity, which will likely be the phone or whatever that her propaganda comes from. That's not hard, parents do it to children all the time, and since they're basically childlike in mentality anyway, it's not really extreme at all, it's just that it's "normal" for girls to have access to online trash 24/7 and they're almost dependent now. No she's going to NEED you else she'll get away with non compliance and go running back into the system to be exploited by someone worse. Loving her is showing her approval for following your lead like a good girl does. Praises are very powerful. All masculine men condition their attention anyway, it's still compliance tests, and women themselves throw out compliance tests so don't even think about coming at me with all this insane trash about how it's like abusive trash. It's how things work in ALL HEALTHY relationship dynamics.

What makes a healthy relationship? Well we hear all the time about boundaries, but what are boundaries that are rooted in delusions and dysfunction there for? Boundaries about a girl who thinks she needs to go out and dance with a bunch of juiced up guys who are looking for a pick and to make her drunk or whatever and use her and abuse her if they can get away with it, because that's what happens most of the time here. The Stacy's show up here because it's easy picking. Her saying she wants autonomy, is that you crossing a boundary if her behaviors are inherently self destructive and delusional? No it's not. Her "self" wants to be seen and wants to be stimulated, it's a program that's feeling "I need to be worshipped and taken and used" because that's their real desire, so you need to give that to her in a FUNCTIONAL way, and if you look at women who STAY with men, it's not the nice guys, they will be hypergamous with the nice guy, and they will run off to the highly masculine guy who's full on stimulating and relatable enough to build comfort and draw her lust out for being overlapped, so this is where I'm saying you can't just accept someone's boundaries if they're leading to dysfunction. That is why if I ever get a Stacy who's got that life she won't be living that way for long, not because I'm abusive or controlling but because I want her to be more functional and self respecting and if I pleasure her properly she won't even want that trash anyway and if I condition her compliance well via withdrawal of attention then she will accept compliance as my good girl. That's how it is. She WANTS that dynamic anyway, she just won't tell you. That's what they all want, if they're at least decently feminine. You will find that she will respond to your conditioning, and since you're going to condition her better than Chad can she will stay with you and she will hold you close as you walk up to Chad and she won't even look Chad in the eye because she knows that you treat her better than anyone else. That's what you need to establish. You need to establish both the pleasure that's out of this world so that she doesn't even consider Chad because you make her eyes roll back like nobody else can and on top of that she's not just given free access to your attention without working for it. The nice guy works for the attention of Stacy but Stacy doesn't give a damn she wants Chad to clap her and take her out to show her off in her skimpy outfits. Yeah you should be above Chad in sprit.

This is why I think BP is pathetic and is another excuse for men to avoid actually knowing how to treat women properly. Once more, they WANT to be treated this way, they will WANT to compete for your attention IF you're stimulating. She will not want to compete if she's not going to get stimulated in the potent way she's looking for. You NEED to learn the art of pleasuring girls if you really want to have them stay, which by the way isn't about "manual technique" really (though obviously that's part of it) but more or less how you tell stories about your roles and how you relate that way. IF YOU CANNOT ENCAPSULATE HER IN THE EXPERIENCE OF YOU OWNING HER IN THE ROLE DYNAMICS THEN SHE WILL WANT CHAD BECAUSE THAT STORY IS WHAT SHE REALLY WANTS. No cope. That's fact. If you end up with the girl jumping ship, it's because you're not stimulating her enough, and you're ALSO not withdrawing attention enough to keep her on edge and wanting the reward, because she will feel LESS stimulation from TOO MUCH FREE ACCESS. Right? You NEED to condition access and make her compliant because that's how she RESPECTS you. You need to learn to LOOK AWAY and learn to SAY NO, KNOWING that she'll be in a sense dependent on you for that stimulation because only you can provide that experience of the ROLES and STORIES she WANTS IMMERSION INTO. If she's a Stacy looking one, which good luck with that to start with, but if she's actually exotic, just getting her on a date is one thing, and clapping is one thing, but you NEED to then perpetuate your attention and not overthink how much attention you give her. Simply focus on your vision and WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE IT and ONLY THEN do you show her attention. That sounds contrary to what you'd think, because you'll think if you're not giving her attention then she'll leave and forget but she actually WANTS IT, so long as you ACTUALLY stimulate her story. It's like if a 10/10 super Stacy shows up at your door and gives you the most insane ride of your life, and you're like having that as a seed, a point of comparison that's now become your expectation for experience in life. You NEED to plant seeds in her, yeah, yeahhh that type, and the other, if you want. You need to plant seeds in the way that she'll NOT FORGET YOUUU and that's why you have to play the ROLE because it's the ROLES that she'll LUST AFTER. I KNOW how this works, I've seen it SO much and the theory all makes sense 1000000%. She will return to the psychological need of her role, wanting to be destroyed, and if the seed as the supply of that is YOU, then YOU are the default option. You are the ONLY option she thinks about. I've had girls like this in the past, where they message me wanting to be stimulated because they feel my role was the peak of their experience, that fire that blazes in their heart and destroys them like they want. Unless you can give that then you've got no power as a man and these BP idiots have no idea what the psychological level will work through. If you look disgusting then she probably won't want you even if you're a 10 on the storytelling side, she will likely be hypergamous but so long as you're at least 5-6 then I don't care about any of that looks trash it's irrelevant. You don't need to be built like a tank, because the body is just there to suggest the story anyway.

So unless you can plant seeds, in the way you activate states, activate a deep lustful NEED for your attention because it's both caring for her nice guy desire and her bad boy "please destroy me" type of thing then you'll not get anywhere and wonder why girls leave you. Even IF you can do that, which most of you probably can't but who am I to judge, you'll need to also know how to give out the right amount and hand out treats like she's your lapdog. Right? You need to know how to withdraw. I withdraw and focus on my work and the girl has to accept that I spend my time doing my thing and if I don't give her attention for 12-16 hours or whatever then that's how it is, but she ANTICIPATES when I return. A "good girl" will anticipate reward. That's all this is, and your reward isn't just food like it use to be but the attention and the role she wants. Since all her needs are met by default what separates men these days is the role you play. If you're a pathetic loser and have no visceral energy about you when it comes to actually being the masculine force then you'll have nothing to provide her in roles. She WANTS THAT ATTENTION just like you want her to be the good girl you desire, and mine is absolutely the "good girl", mostly, and she's stimulated just at the idea of that, because it's ROLES as IMPLIED in the thought. It's the thematic association between your attention as an anticipation of being seen and her rewards for following your lead and so we have a functional healthy relationship dynamic where mutual respect exists. This has NOTHING to do with taking away her agency as a so called independent women, but is instead about providing her the masculine frame that she NEEDS to BE a feminine girl. Without that role overlap that she can involve in then you've got no power and she'll go right back to being independent woman and then go get hooks with Chad or whoever looks better than you. Those guys lack spirit. I know I've got more fire than all of them combined. I can make her laugh and I can make her cry out from the sheer overwhelming feeling of being surrounded by the role she's desiring to give her the EXPERIENCE OF THAT STORY. That's what you need. I've said this for ages you NEED to know how to tell stories to her through who you're being, that's REAL instinct and how LUST is actually experienced as the dance.

Unless you get real and master this then you'll forever be lost. That's why I say you should condition your girl into your lapdog, and take it in correct context. No cope. Care for her, be the good boy, and be humorous and fun and relatable and all the things she wants in a good man too, it's not all just hardcore dom energy, it's an IMPLICATION UNDERLYING your more playful attitude that's what you return to with her, but on the whim you can shift into dom mode and give her the punishment when needed, which most effectively will be the withdrawal of your attention, Leaving her presence if that's a thing, and telling her that she needs to think about what she did. The implication of your punishment in her mind needs to feel like a real threat of losing you approval, access to your resources, your status, your ROLE, because the ROLE you play and that STATE is what SHE ACTUALLY WANTS, and really is what YOU want too. It's not the girl, but the state, as NG has said. You NEED to learn this stuff I'm serious you CANNOT condition her into being your functional lapdog girl if you're a pathetic wimp and let her have her own space to play out her conditioning without a threat involved. Is that coercion? Nope. It's not harming her. It's not taking away her agency, because her agency is run by the compliance with expectations in the world anyway. So you need to see that withdrawing attention and approval and all the nice guy and bad boy things is actually how you make her think. I've said this for ages about how you make others change state. You need to make them reflect in a way that's going to lead them to leaving behind what they've followed before and the ONLY way this can work is if you've impressed seeds properly for a desire for more of that. That's just how it is guys, unless you can impress those seeds properly and also give her the good guy experiences on top, then she'll run for Chad or whoever else because you don't fulfil the psychological role she's desiring to experience with whoever provides the polarity enough to satisfy her needs.

I believe that you can to some extent condition the quality of her lust too, though that's more difficult and requires more hardcore methods like making her dependent on you in more ways. The more she depends on you the more she'll comply with you. If you want to condition what she lusts for to a deep degree where she identifies with that and only what you conditioned, then you will need to tell a more intense story and also adjust HOW FAR you go with telling YOUR desired story and play into hers for a bit to ENOUGH of a degree that yours will overlap hers. Say that she's got some dom trash in there, where she gets highly stimulated by certain ideas about you complying with her, let's say she has dad issues and likes to deprecate men as her stimulation peak. You will play into that for a SMALL amount to get her on board and have the story play out where she's got a SMALL bit of power over you, and tell her that's all you'll do and make that CLEAR and NEVER fall back on that, and then while she's in the midst of that, and she's making the most of the crumbs you're giving her for what she wants, you're going to near her peak go HARD into making HER compliant, add the mirror, force her into a very vulnerable position where she can see it where you're towering over her, add in her voice to comply where she'll repeat what you want her to say that implies she's complying (only do this near her peak don't do it before she starts "contracting" more) and she's your lapdog the way you want and make her repeat this during the whole peak and after as well, and then do it again but this time it's ONLY her being the compliant one. You simply "warm her up" using a PART of what she wants in role, but then you plant the seed against her dom nature and have her deeper into the compliant level which doing deep near the peak will be effective that trying to warm up with that since you don't have the ability to get her heart activated and her kidney yang raising ready to "drop" which is what you need to work with. You need to activate her currents to get her 80% there and then cut your compliance and go FULLY into her compliance or you just stop and make her feel like she's not good enough. You NEED to work with these currents to successfully plant seeds, at least if you want it reliably done.

Now you've got the seed planted, the state has been felt, but you need to then withdraw attention any time she demands compliance and simply say no with the same tone that you used when the seed was implanted since that association will ring that bell. That "full masculine frame" you can say comes out and you do what my mum use to do and give the look and the body language where you're seen as "over" her and play the role where she's put down in her role you want her in. If she fights then leave the space and speak something that would imply that something she really wants from you is threatened to be lost, like access to certain resources or attention. If she fights like in the first few days and keeps fighting then you've likely lost. If you want to keep her then you need to make her more dependent on you because she'll possibly just hook with someone else at that point if she's got an attitude that's entitled to attention from whoever and has some more of that "strong independent" type of role. You shouldn't even bother with those types if they signal that role but IF you want to condition them then you'll need to make her more dependent and not fear judgement for taking things away. It's just how it is, because if she's got a means of retreating into her own seeming value and access to approval without you then she'll do that. Making her dependent is how you'll condition her identity into compliance with you. If she has her own car and home and she can return there, then good luck. I wouldn't bother. Don't waste time. She'll do whatever she wants and your ability to imply dependence will be limited since her options will be out of your control. Remember daddy issues are literally a father figure who wouldn't or couldn't put her into a state where she looks up to the dad and knows how to step into her own autonomy and when not to. Spoiled brat types often have dad issues. Mine had a little of that but it was mostly a playful thing and never a more intense attitude. That's why she likes being "cared for" in all those ways.
